I want to upgrade from my 3GS. I don't want a freaking 4GS and make a 2 year contract to see how next year the major freaking redesign is coming.

worthless last minute rumor
THe biggest reason why these no-name sites are throwing out the bland rumours is to improve public opinion of their "perceived accuracy"...
Really, who can say they're "wrong" for saying A5 processor, gps features, etc. that's weak. Everyone's feeding off the same rumours anyway.
Remember these last minute rumours NEXT time around- when Macrumours "reports" ... "This contribution was brought to us by _____, who does have a history of accurate rumour reporting when _____ accurately reported the A5 processor and improved gps features of the iPhone.."

I agree with everyone that a bigger screen would be better. The redesign leaks look nice. We'll just have to wait and see I guess. Maybe We will see the assistant brought to the iPad 2 as well? I would find it useful anyway. Kind of stinks that we won't see it on the iPhone 4 at all though...
It makes total sense.
The 4 month delay is because of iOS5/iCloud.
These features is much more important then a redesigned case. Hardware wise the Iphone4s has been ready.
I hope for a teardrop iPhone release, but the lack of leaked parts is evidence that does not exist.
Why? Just because you listen to no sense rumors? or because you think A5, 8Mpx, Assistant and iOS5 is not enough?
iPhone 4 is still one of the best smarthphone on the market and in Apple world thanks to impressive integration is the best friend of your Mac. It is also the best selling ones. So an iPhone4 revision is going to sell like free pancakes.
Hello improved user experience from the 3GS! All those complaining about no redesign... That's why it's a two year contract and not every year.

I would be real surprised if Apple released an Android phone in this event.
