Same here. Marked as shipped with a tracking number but no update on that number yet.
I see now that Apple charged my creditcard and it moved to preparing for shipment.
Probably still tomorrow.

Haven't received the update from apple, but Fedex just sent me a text that something is being overnighted, so I would peg it as that.

DHL forwarded my Apple TV to a third party courier… so no idea if I’ll get it today or not now as I dont know what the third party courier service is… so if not today then very unlikely to be Saturday… which will mean Monday… which would be a pain in the donkey…

Apple doesn't always allow orders for pickup on launch day. They may have some in stock though. You would need to contact your local store.
Mine had delivery estimate of 4th-9th November, went PFS yesterday at about 5pm, card charged at 7pm.
Dispatch email at 1:30am, DPD say waiting for it to arrive at local depot, it will arrive today.
