Alto's Adventure will be fun on the big screen.

EDIT: C'mooooooon, Tiny Wings!

Tiny Wings would be tops on TV

My nest multiplier is X28. I haven't been able to fly through the 4th island with fever. My best I only missed by the last jump (and I shouldn't have).

Generally, I'm a bit surprised about the current lack of blockbuster games being announced. Had the feeling that mainly the iPad was received more frenetically by developers being already active in the iOs area at the very beginning. But looking forward to the future developments.

I have a mac mini that i use to download all of my purchases. Easy solution.

That's not true.

Recently I had Peace (content blocker), but it got removed from the App Store and I had no iTunes backup.

I upgraded my iPhone to the 6S and now it's gone forever.

If you've got elementary school-aged kids, download GoNoodle on your Apple TV. It features videos that get kids dancing, jumping, running, doing yoga, and more (not sitting in front of the TV). The GoNoodle web app is already used in 75% of U.S. elementary school so there's a good chance your kids are already familiar with it. Just ask them if they know "Pop See Ko", one of the most popular videos. Disclaimer, I helped build the app. Hoping to spread the word as I'm wondering how quickly people will discover it since there are not yet categories to browse by on the Apple TV App Store.

All the bitching about commercials. (I agree with paying for Hulu to get them or paying even more and still getting some) but if there were not commercials, there would be no shows or broadcast networks. Even most cable networks rely on advertising revenue to produce content.

If we got rid of ads, we'd have pretty empty tv sets or you will not see $30 seasons of shows, they would be $90 seasons. Pick your poison Frank.... ads.... or $90....

I don't need sling, I am boycotting Hulu for charging for premium and still showing commercials (I know they off commercial free now), but agree with the rest. I have a hard time with $29 for a single season of a TV series still, and will wait until those become more reasonable.

I recently tried CBS (or one of them which just became available on Apple TV) and could not deal with the commercials which I haven't watched in years - so it got the "don't show" treatment.

Well actually no, way before Space Invaders I was playing "space shooter" games on text monitors that displayed 24x80 screens. And there was one called "worms" that ran on our mini on a adm3 monitor before pack man, which was basically the same game without walls. It's all built on what went before.

Astroids was interesting, but was a descendant of other text based games like Pong...

WoW and ESO are descendants of a game called Colossal Cave that was a text only RPG that ran only on mini's and mainframes originally.
