So in reality, this 'bundle' costs $9.99 + $4.99 or about $15 per month. Considering I see almost nothing on AppleTV+ that I want to watch, Showtime is fairly limited in what they offer and CBS All Access only interests me because of the Star Trek reboot, that is not a good deal for me.

I will be doing HBO Max for that same price and watch the shows I am interested in. Then drop that and try something else.
Correct. In your case, I think this is not for you.

This is actually a pretty good deal. Comparable to the Disney+ bundle with Hulu and ESPN+. Surprisingly and refreshingly, it's even cheaper than the D+ bundle. The only downside (for me) is the lack of sports content. Still a good deal though.
How is it comparable if, by your own admission, it lacks sports?

Pretty good deal. Tempted for Showtime alone since it seems to be $14.99/mo everywhere else.

Showtime movie lineup is weak. The good seasons like Californication or Dexter I already bought when iTunes had them for $30 for the complete collections.

For those who already have CBS and showtime and are wondering how to get the package, see attached.

Just got email from apple. If you are already subscribed to tv+, CBS and showtime, they’ll just refund the extra money each month. (Seems like a weird way to go).

If only there was a way to login to Showtime Anytime with your Apple login, I would switch to this immediately. I see there's a way to connect your CBS login now, so that would deal with my complaint of not being able to watch soccer on CBS All Access, but Apple has been horrible at putting up new content from SHO on time.

Does CBS All Access have commercials? I am not going to pay to watch commercials. I loathe them.

The $9.99 plan on Apple TV does not have commercials. FWIW I have had the commercials plan for about a month and they haven't shown commercials on any movies or older TV shows I have tried, nor pre-rolls for any live sports.
