I'm sure that the graphic designers who made the new logos and the marketing people who changed all the terminology across the website and everything are great coders too. :p
So the poster said the money spent on this. Additional money could be allocated to software engineers and QA testers instead of this. Because that’s how money works. It’s a waste when some of your platforms are on fire.

I'm with you, I think this is woefully misguided. However, just thinking about what prompted this - if I were to guess, it would be the recent MLB games where a lot of people weren't able to watch due to simple confusion between "Apple TV" and Apple TV +.

Example: "Dad, you need Apple TV+ to watch the game." "I have an Apple TV, why can't I see the game?"
But in your example, how does this help? Now it's "You can watch with Apple TV." "I have an Apple TV." It's even worse.

Wonder if this means that the appletv refresh is going to be a different hardware device (or at least named different)

“An all-original streaming service”

…does that mean I will lose all the “box set” purchases I have in my apple tv library from tv shows of yesteryear that I enjoy watching for nostalgia purposes?

What’s with all the duplo and rainbow colors Tim? Not everyone wants rainbows displayed around their house just because you do. Orange iPhone pros? Why not keep products with professional colors and spend the money on relevant software updates. A little better microphone in my beloved iPhone air would be another good use of the extra money.

Can't .. the ink tanks are soldered down and not user accessible.

This makes me think that it's a good thing Apple canned their Car.

"Siri, how do I change the wiper blades?"

"Sorry, I cannot help with that the wiper blades are not user-serviceable. Please contact Apple Support to schedule a service appointment."

Have you tried completely reinstalling the OS to see if it solves the speedometer issue?
