i felt bad after buying a $2,200 keyboard but i still love playing with it...![]()
Presumably you're talking about a musical keyboard and not one of these babies.

If you're in the US, before paying, just call Apple and tell them about the Amex $100 bonus and they'll give it to you.
Everyone seems to go for the 2.2 model.
Why? For the dvd-burner? Or do you think the extra 200mhz is worth the price?
In sweden, atleast, buying the low-end model, and buy and install 2gb memory and 160 gb hdd yourself is cheaper than the mid-model.
Excuse my english![]()
2.2 GHz/250 GB HD white on the way. Will upgrade with aftermarket RAM to 4 GB. Goodbye Dell, it's been nice knowing you.
Funny thing.... it's Lego blocks... Lego is the company that makes the blocks. Just adding my $0.02 to the fun.
But yes, not ever word has an "S" on the end to make it plural. Mouse.... Mice for example.
Yes... he is sure.
You can't do it legally, or with the same stability as a Mac. Hackintoshes are garbage.
Yes, but mouse changes to mice. Euro doesn't change to anything. Deers and sheeps just 'sound wrong' so I can see why they don't add an 's'. But "2 Euro" sounds funny to me (admittedly in English). I suppose "Yen" is that way, but every other form of currency I can think of is plural as I'd expect (dollars, pounds, marks, etc.). I'm just saying it sounds funny like bad Chinese-English parodies. You want 2 Eggroll with that for 2 dollar?Euro is from European and I wouldn't say I saw two European walking down the street. I might say I saw 2 Europeans and hence the reason why it sounds like it needs an 's'.

Legally, you might have a point. Beyond that, have you tried one to call them 'garbage'? Hardware is hardware. If the hardware has drivers in OSX, it should run just fine once the checks are removed or bypassed. I haven't tried one, but I've heard better results than 'garbage'. If Apple had more configuration options (even within the limits of their own supported drivers) like a build to order, this might not be an issue. I just don't think it's asking much to have an Apple model based on a typical PC style motherboard with expansion, etc. and let you pick your own tower, etc. like you can with a PC. They could do this with ONE motherboard even. Configurability doesn't equate to having dozens of competing manufacturers. It just sucks when your only choices are notebooks and notebooks placed in monitors and a professional level workstation. Where are the PCs (personal computers) at in their lineup? I want desktop speeds and parts and I shouldn't have to go to professional workstation levels to get it. $1500 buys you a pretty darn nice PC hardware-wise. I'm not talking Dells here. I'd just like an under $2000 tower option with PC-Express. Heck, I'd even buy a MacPro if they'd update their graphics cards to something from this year even.... Why should I pay $2400+ for 2+ year old graphics card? THAT is why people get upset with Apple's hardware 'options'. Their options suck in the GPU department and gamer or not, it makes Apple's hardware look bad in that respect. Why put all good parts in their for almost EVERYTHING ELSE and then give it a crappy GPU? I just don't get it. Some Dell laptops even have an option for a GPU for $100. If that's ALL it costs to go to a discrete card with 5-10x the power, why is Apple holding back? To make you buy a MBP. That's it and that sucks as a business practice, IMO.
