It's obvious really. Orange text in app, California is known for it's oranges -> the next OS will be called OSX Citrus

That will cause the hardware to fail if the hardware is used for more than 10 minutes. Orange is the color of warning lights, orange would be a warning, this is the last OS that we can code, the lifespan of your device is uncertain..

I am hoping Mr Cook announces the depature of Jony "I am Blind and useless" Ive...What was the last great iconic device Mr Ive dreamed up..and no the ipad is not it...Speakers on one side of a device renders it a stupid design.

I would be happier if Mr Cook announced iOS 8 was designed by Stevie Wonder. Who has better design ability than Mr Ive.

You're kidding, right? Holy cow, you people are so selfish and self-entitled. Like the world owes you everything without contributing a damn thing yourself.

If you think you're so much more capable at design yourself, go out and do it. In fact, go design some better software yourself. You don't need anything but a Mac to do that. Sure would be a lot more productive than being an armchair designer. And while you're at it, grow up a little bit.

Any idiot can see that audio on one of a device is dense and shows that the original designer is a fool.

You do realize that so-called stupid device (which had sold in the hundreds of millions) was conceived and released on Steve Jobs watch? So I guess it really was Steve's stupid design?

Steve was not feeling well, Mr Ive should have done a better job, and if you think audio on one side of the device and is called stereo is a great design, then who is the fool... It is not a great design, Maybe Steve wanted to fight and was simply too tired to care...Given his health at the time, I would back Steve and say Mr Ive took advantage.

If you look at the schedule in the app, all of the unannounced sessions have creative titles like:
  • This One Is Sealed
  • Shhhh, Can't Tell You Yet
  • It's Under Wraps
  • Still Our Secret
  • You'll Find Out In A Few Days
  • It's Still Confidential
  • It's Confidential
  • We're Not Telling
  • You'll Never Guess This One
  • We Still Really Can't Say
  • You're Just Going to Have to Wait a Little Longer
  • It's Still Our Little Secret
  • We'd Really Love To Tell You
  • It's Still Under Wraps
  • It's a Secret
  • This One's a Doozy
  • We're Not Telling Yet

And A LOT more.

I think last year they just said "Session to be Announced". Nice to see Apple with a sense of humor. Also nice to see that they have secrets to announce.

Ok you got it.

It came out more than a year before he died.

Give it up.

It's almost time!

Can't wait for the sneaky «8» and «X» banner pictures inside the Moscone Center!! :D

If it is, then I know not to update, wait until the next OS is green in color. Orange is bad...When I drive and I notice an orange light on the dashboard, I know it is not going to be good....

I'm sure you're not ignorant to the fact that Steve made Jony "untouchable." With you're wish not possible, I'm assuming you are either actually ignorant, or at least playing dumb. I wish I could actually make you use a Stevie Wonder designed iOS 8 just to make you eat your dumb hyperbole. F*cktard.

It's a single app you twit, not the whole iOS. And not an app I suspect you even have a use for based on your comments. iOS doensn't have a color. Its transparent. Every comment you have is filled with ignorance and fallacies. PS...Steve was very much apart of the design of the iPhone 4, and likely the iPhone 5 if reports from early 2011 are to be believed.

Maybe at the WWDC Apple will provide developers with the tools to build apps for the upcoming Apple TV. Then, when it is officially available, it will have more apps than any other device of its type.

Mr Wonder would not have put the speakers on one side of the ipad...

You said you wanted a Stevie Wonder designed iOS. So do you mean hardware, software, or both? You're jumping around with no real argument. Just stop, please? We all know you don't know ****. And if you don't like iPad, iOS, or whatever, than shut up, sell your stuff, and buy something else. It's that simple. You, I presume, have free will and can use your purchasing dollars accordingly. No one cares what you use or like.

Has Apple had so many sessions labeled as TBA before? Seems like most of the sessions this year are still TBA. I guess developers do all their schedule planning after the keynote?

Pretty much, yes. If they put all the session names in there then all the big iOS 8/OS X 10.10 features would be known beforehand.

Apart, as in not part of, or apart as in a part of, included in the team?

A part, not apart. As in included. Great catch grammar police. I'd still liove you to put forth an actual argument. You know, one based on actual thought, with things that can be supported, without fallacies, without ignorance, that can actually respond to the content of what anyone is saying to you. As opposed to pointing out the lack of space in one word of one of my comments and your lack of contextual awareness to be able to tell what I'm obviously saying.
