Apple Upgrade preapproval question

Once you hit submit, does the payment screen pop up? Does it tell you your ship date when you hit submit?

you hit submit and there is no payment screen, once you are pre approved already you have in effect already paid, you get a confirmation screen and then an email shortly after

My husbands phone has his own Apple ID but the pre approval for his is there. So can he order his from his phone?

They both show on my phone, some are saying I can do both from my phone but will it be 2 separate orders? Obviously we all know every second/minute will count so doing 2 separate transactions could mean by the time the 2nd phone is pre-ordered, shipping times may have slipped?

i honestly don't know, but my gut says no, because how can the phone just let you click SUBMIT on the second order without going back and changing something - and that takes precious minutes, which are supposed to be like every millisecond is pure gold with the IpX. Also, my wife's phone did NOT show both of our orders. Also why risk it? just get the other phone and do them both on their own apple store apps at 301 am.
