Wow. Never knew you were a bodybuilder as much as you're into tech. Not that BB can't be into tech. How much do you weigh?

Tech has always been a side passion for me, specifically the Apple Watch/iPhone and iPad. I’m more of an enthusiast than anything.

As for the bodybuilding, I currently weigh 222, I started at 200 back on July 13, 2018 when I started this whole program, I gave myself a year to plan around 20 pounds of muscle gains, I’m more than halfway there at this point, but I have been a weightlifter for the better part of 10 years. I train five days a week, with two days off to rest the joints, cardio is seven days a week, followed by six meals a day. It’s definitely my passion And I love weightlifting, I can’t say the same about cardio. :D

Awesome. I went through a period in life when I was passionate about lifting. I loved it. I never quite got to body building per se but I worked out religiously and went from a 145 lb guy to 195 and benched 315. Now I’m 215 and middle aged lol. I’ve been back in the gym pretty regularly the past couple of months. I bought an S4 last month and it’s inspired me to get serious. Still in pretty good shape just a few pounds around the middle I could shake. I’m mostly focused on cardio ( yuck) and core as I’ve had back issues including surgery back in 2012. Still throw some lifting in though to keep it balanced. Best of luck in your endeavors.

Hey guys, just wanted to say thanks for this inspiring thread. Never been too interested in the Apple Watch personally, but have been thinking about getting one lately as a fitness/activity tracker to maybe spark the fire and give me some extra motivation to get going and stay committed to something. Seems like a useful tool and I’m a data nerd so it might be what I need. Anyway, thanks again and good luck in the pursuit of your fitness goals.

80° in Georgia? Only a difference of 75° in my state :D

Snowstorm ‘Canyon’. Started with sleet/freezing rain and Ice, then transitioned to 2” of snow.

Back and shoulder day forthcoming.

Cardio first. 8°, with the windchill at-10°.

‘Frosted Snow’. [After the initial snowfall yesterday, this is from the freezing rain and sleet glazed on top of the snow. No editing whatsoever to this photo.]

I shoveled 8.5 inches of snow for over an hour for round 2 of snow.

Macalister Woods. [Wolf packs run wild here, definitely would not want to enter those woods without protection.]

I didn't know what thread to post this in, so this seems as good a place as any.

I've been enjoying running for about 2 years now, after no exercise what-so-ever for 32 years. Getting good running kit is part of the fun - I'm really enjoying having nice kit. But I have a question regarding compression leggins (mens ones). What is the difference between knee, 3/4 length and capri? These terms appear to be interchangeable on various sites. Also, what do YOU guys prefer? (or women - what do you think looks better on a guy?)

Attached an image. These are both listed as 3/4, but they can't both be considered the same surely. I have a set of the white ones (although in black).

Ziegler’s Bridge continued...Upclose.

Went from 41° to 17°, basically icing over the roads, making it very difficult to run. But I managed, and then tricep training.
