Tech has always been a side passion for me, specifically the Apple Watch/iPhone and iPad. I’m more of an enthusiast than anything.
As for the bodybuilding, I currently weigh 222, I started at 200 back on July 13, 2018 when I started this whole program, I gave myself a year to plan around 20 pounds of muscle gains, I’m more than halfway there at this point, but I have been a weightlifter for the better part of 10 years. I train five days a week, with two days off to rest the joints, cardio is seven days a week, followed by six meals a day. It’s definitely my passion And I love weightlifting, I can’t say the same about cardio.
