Yesterday on Earth Day did shoulders (delts & traps) and then did a 5.5M/9K run. Beautiful 60º cool air and warm sunshine.

Started off cloudy, but eventually turned sunny. 71°.(Post chest day).

This is ‘Eve Garden’, a new “Earth Day Project” in the community.

(All the black posts that you see in the ground in this picture, are actually new trees that were planted for the future by some local businesses and a college.) There is a path directly behind this field that leads into some woods, it will be really nice when it’s all finished.

Yeah recovered fine. My heart rate is always a good percentage above the normal population, even when resting. That’s within my normal exercising range.

Good thing to hear.

Just to clarify, no matter the "at rest" heart rate, the maximal heart rate is dependent on age and does NOT increase accordingly to the usual basal heart rate. It is commonly calculated as 220 minus your age. Cardiologists recommend to not exceed 85% of that while training, regardless of your usual "above normal population" basal heart rate.

Meaning, that heart rate was dangerous.

Whilst I do appreciate the advice (I do mean that scincerly, please don't think I'm being sarcastic, because you obviously mean well :)), I have had both professional medical and training advice. Neither my doctor nor trainer is concerned with my heart rate given other conditions.

Cardio-Legs/Chest training.

Daimler Field. 56°.

(This land is actually worth millions, but this one farmer who owns the property just left of the field in this picture, refuses to sell it to major businesses who want it.) It’s located on a fairly busy frontage road, that leads directly to the downtown district.

Post Cardio-legs/triceps—

This photo didn’t turn out as well as I had hoped, due to negligent morons on the roadway.

This is ‘Chippewa Hill’. It doesn’t look very large from this picture, but try running up at about 3/4 times, and your legs will be ready to give out.

64°-Post biceps

So the story behind this picture, is that I actually skipped cardio in place of actually mowing the lawn today (It’s my rental property), and this stretch of lawn is approximately 300 yards, which I decided I would push-mow the entire yard for my cardio today, and let me tell you, that is ridiculously hard to do And my Lower back/legs were fairly exhausted. (And..... tomorrow is back day:D).

Post Triceps/Night cardio. 86°

So this photo is a little bit different. It was taken about 10 miles from my house towards dusk, where hundreds of emergency vehicles were congregating to celebrate a public servant who passed away. Fairly rare to see something like this. (These emergency vehicles are from all over the country/state.)
