Since gas is "free" I drove out to Rockmart (about 50 miles west) to run agin. This time I headed east. Also in this park they have plaques/monument to all solders killed in wars from the county. People were there scrubbing them on their hands and knees.

Cardio earlier this afternoon. Just walking through the neighborhood today to ‘break’ the new shoes in. Now, let’s get this week started with ‘arm day and legs.’

80°. In the first picture, notice the two Sand-Hill cranes standing in the yard.

Drove from Atlanta to Dallas just to do a 10 mile run.

OK it was Dallas, Georgia o_O or as no one says "the other Dallas".:D

Got there early and first one in the parking lot.

Even though temps are still high the shorter days are starting to work on the deciduous trees.

My agency and other surrounding agencies completed a 5 mile walk/run for raising money for autism awareness. Good night for cardio.

Take a look at that sky in the background, amazing, isn’t it? 78°/8 PM.

Hey Julien,

I ran the question by Relentless Power and he suggested maybe posting it in this thread as well, so going to paste it here. It pertains to working out in the gym with weights/machines. Would really appreciate hearing your thoughts or from anyone here who trains in a gym setting:

I have a Series 5 and just wondered if you use your Apple Watch to time TUT? I am having a bit of a challenge using the stopwatch due to the fact that the AOD goes to just showing the time and I can't quite figure out how time my sets when my hands are occupied. I know using the timer might be an option, but..... Curious if you might have any suggestions?

Sorry I have been weight training sooooooo long (we used a hourglass when I stared ) I just have a built in timer/set/rep counter. I only run the Other Workout app while weight training.

Bought a condo (downsizing my life) in midtown/Atlantic Station and my first run from my new building (renovating and haven't moved in yet).

Almost razed this beautiful/historic Fox theater (side view) to build this ugly AT&T monstrosity. Luckily they made AT&T move back a block.

This morning I had to meet the contractor at my condo. Decided to try the fitness center for cardio. Overall very impress with the equipment and quality. The hotel does maintain the fitness center and all new Life Fitness equipment a few months ago.

Chest Day. (Also, did my first posing routines with pictures to see how much size I put on. The ‘gains’ are definitely there, but lots of improvements to be made.)

Yup, that’s snow on my deck with green grass in the background. 😁
