Hey Julien, I got you beat on the temperature. -23° For cardio.

How’s this for a picture. It says ‘no tailgating’, that sign is approximately 20 feet off the ground with snow piled up that high. Pretty sure nobody will be tailgating.?

Went for a run Saturday after lunch. Decided to take a nap and woke up to a "weird" Watch Notification sound. Guess unless you are in Alarm Bedtime Schedule it alarms.

Crazy new city life. 75ºF Super nice weather and Olympic park was nearly deserted. Normally there is so many tourist it is hard to run around it. GA Tech campus was a near ghost town and almost no one in sight. Worried the "Stay in you homes" order is coming.

The "new" normal. All LA Fitness are now closed along with about all public gyms. Leg day and had to improvise. Will have to adapt to working out in the building gym. At least until it closes.

With the recent gym closure(s), I’ve been doing day/night cardio. Mainly just walking, but the weather has been mildly cooperative. {54°}

[What you’re seeing here, is actually an infrastructure facility that Manufactures rescue equipment.]

Running in the misty rain yesterday and looking back at my neighborhood across the nearly deserted Connector. Just for fun here is a funny: Art imitating Life picture of Atlanta. "Stay at Home" order starts today in Atlanta so will have to head out of the city to run/walk or do it in the underground parking deck. Luckily the parking deck is 38 acres and 3 levels.
