Night cardio. (All kinds of running around 😁), until I ran into someone that actually has a Christmas tree that literally is decorated and fully lit along the side of the road for everyone to see heading in April. The most random thing I think I’ve ever seen.

Quick update: Went from 211 down to 181, lost quite a bit of muscle during this cut, but that’s part of the game. Adjusting to the workouts at home, plan on really trying to be dynamic with resistance bands and free weights, but at least it’s nice where I can enjoy the weather with cardio outside.

Ran through Ga Tech today on a beautiful but surreal morning.

Have a friend that owns a fitness studio. Since it is closed other than him doing on line training so I can use. Not a gym but first time touching weights in 3 weeks.
That nostalgic feeling of when I get to see a dumbbell rack again.😁 It’s so weird not having access to certain weights, but I’m making it work with what provisions I have. I’d say it will be another month here before they reopen gyms.
Surprise this Mallard Duck did not see me. These birds are so uniquely marked.

Mid week run and managed to pull a hamstring coincidently at mile 6.66. So now must walk/limp for a week or 2. First pic from west side of Atlanta. Other 2 from GA Tech/Midtown.
