OK, I get it, it’s just a Brown Maple tree, but hear me out-😁

This tree is in my front yard, and it only happens once a year after our first ‘deep frost‘, [which it was 15° Last night] , and the leaves will literally turn from brown to purple, (which I don’t know if you can see in this picture or not), and then they fall off within a few days. It’s kind of a quick capture, but really interesting to see.

Oh, and all of my cardio lately Has been walking, no running, as I’m starting to prepare for my next regiment, see below:

Given the pandemic and I personally still don’t think it’s safe to be in a gym environment in my region, part two of my bodybuilding will resume hopefully spring 2021. In the meantime, I plan on re-bulking back up to at least 215.

For those who didn’t know, obviously the pandemic closed gyms for quite some time breaking my consistency in bodybuilding, but I plan for a Come-back Part two in the next five months.

In the meantime, at least I can start eating what I want to put on the size.😁

...Given the pandemic and I personally still don’t think it’s safe to be in a gym environment in my region.....

Yea I suffer from being an anti-hypochondriac, obsessive behavior and just dense. Luckily there is an LA Fitness near me that has a high percentage of gays and it has a higher percentage of mask wearing (and weights tend to be put back and neater kept). Most days it is above 75% or so and other LA Fitnesses tend to be closer to 50%.

Going with a red mask today and my Nike band.:)

Leg day today and feeling a little cocky.

Also went for a nice post leg walk in the parking deck. Microsoft Cloud buildings near complete and just in time for "work from home".o_O

Perfect Halloween photo. This was what once used to be a Marcus theater, [which is now closed due to the pandemic]. But the full moon in the background from a ‘night walk’ really set off this photo.

52°. Wind gusting up to 40 mph.

Running on Halloween morning. A chilly 48º and windy.

Heading up Techwood.

In front of (right frame) the original WTBS (originally WTCG) and now Warner Media extra office/starage space and my building just peaking from behind The Atlantic (tall building) on the left.

Heading back home.

coincidence or dodge fan?
i am and enjoy seeing them in their natural habitat ;)
Coincidence, I love cars but I'm all in Fanboy on Tesla now. Once you experience you can't go back to "old school" type cars. Love the SUPER high tech, monthly updates (waaaaay more than Apple) and the super quick & silent response. Deadly off the line and I don't have the Performance. Mine is AWD with Acceleration Boot and ½ second slower 0-60 than the Performance. Here iis a run from Nov 1.

Add to that the Autopilot/FSD with Full Self Driving now in beta and hope to have by years end.

Also to stay on topic this is at a running/biking/walking (I ran) trailhead.

The most absolute stretch of amazing weather is coming where we’re going to breach 75° for the next week, Which is unheard of this time of year. You best believe I will be enjoying this with cardio outside.😁

Tempers pass Rd. New subdivision being built.

@Relentless Power @Julien Although i really do like the sound of the hemi cylinders combusting, no matter if idling, or if the throttlebody is opening up. But threeandahalf seconds might be more than enough to trigger some serious goosebumps for sure... even if there is no exhaust... 3.54s is tough!
I strictly avoid to get in touch with tesla.. i might get the notion to want one.. 😆
In my region, those Hemis are not very common on the streets. Dodge never officially sold the Charger/Challenger in germany (or europe at all iirc). Mine is a 345 Charger from 2009 and i hope it will drive me for some additional years to come.
Thanks guys for posting =)
Take care, drive save!

Push (chest & triceps) then cardio and hopefully without a side of COVID.o_O

Derailment Post ahead:

Believe me, nothing screams more to me then to be in the gym right now, but an interesting article about how gyms are #2 with an uptick of cases for the pandemic spread, with the ‘bar scene‘ being #1. I think as an athlete myself, when you look at prioritizing health, the dangers that see C/19 poses long term, I wouldn’t want to jeopardize weightlifting/bodybuilding, which is why it’s far too risky in that environment given almost every state is seeing a surge in the pandemic.

I know you’re a bit older (50’s I suspect), but be careful and be vigilant if you put yourself in a situation like being in the gym. Especially in Georgia that seems to be a ‘hot zone’.

.....(50’s I suspect).....
I wish:eek:.

After Back and Biceps went for a nice weather run.

Centennial Olympic park and filming Spiderman 3. Still closed off to the public because of COVID.

Lookin at my neighborhood from across the Connector (Atlanta term for I75/I85 through town) from the SCAD campus (18th St and SCAD Way).

Ran yesterday on a misty morning.

BONUS: Noisy night in Atlanta but seeing fireworks at eye level from your balcony and only a few 100’ away is cool. However the crowds keep whooping and hollering late into the night with fireworks all over the city.
