Just my chicken legs. Pic was from last Tuesday so I decided to up it again this morning and they didn't' snap into pieces.

The most I’ve ever lift in Leg Press took me 4mths consistently with 14x45lbs (7 per side same rack level) 630lbs, so this is phenomenal.
Chicken legs? If you’re not joking ...
Incorporate deeper movements in your Leg Press.
My Leg Day ...
stretching 5mins,
Quad/leg extensions,
hamstring curls (lying seems more effective for me than seated),
Leg Press,
Standing Calf Raises,
Seated Calf Raises.
Skipping,
stretching for 10mins.
LOTS of Carbs, Proteins and vitamins in 1hr after workout
Skipped Push today but will make up tomorrow and went for a 8 miles run. Oddly it was foggy and this was late morning. Guess we were doing the San Fransisco thing today.
Another 8 miles run through Downton Saturday morning.

Finely after a week of rainy cold weather a beautiful 55ºF/13ºC sunny day. Managed a good 8.5M/13.75k run.

Running through downtown and they were filming a movie (behind me now) and had part of Peachtree St blocked off. Not often (except during the Peachtree 10K, but not this far downtown) you can run/stand in the middle of "Main Street" and take pics.

Filming locations in Atlanta always have these "reversible" signs. Usually has a code (like DMVX) for the film but this is one for extras. Oddly I was getting my iPhone out (you can see my waist pack strap hanging down) to take pic of buildings and accidentally took the pic of an accidentally left movie sign. And I got a steadier shot than you.
