You know, when I opened up the main forums page and saw this thumbnail in the Latest Media section I thought "Wow, that's a mighty fine nug of weed."

In the morning I'll be scheduling an eye exam at Costco.

Hahaha. Well, In my state, we have plenty of these ‘trees’ to pass around.😁

Now, why would you have to post a picture of a chicken leg avatar? It’s early in the morning and I’m in a bulking phase right now and I’m always hungry, and I think you’re purposely trying to tempt me to eat more. Ok...more food? Sounds good to me.😁
 
Just my chicken legs. Pic was from last Tuesday so I decided to up it again this morning and they didn't' snap into pieces. o_O:)

Are you doing full reps or half reps? 😁 At that weight, if you’re doing a full reps, you shouldn’t have chicken legs.😁

More importantly, it’s all about being safe.

If there is not enough ventilation/airflow to the exterior, it doesn't matter if there are no more persons right there in the gym with you at the same time. We now know the virus stays floating for several days indoors. Waiting for you.

In short: without proper ventilation, there is no "low chances of COVID" days at indoors where people breathe heavily.

Twisted/spring my ankle/foot (won't post a pic of it:oops:) running Tuesday 2 weeks ago. Was on mile 2 of an 8 mile run but still managed to get 5 more in pain. I was running and looked at my Apple Watch to check mile marker (Distracted Running) and hit a broken piece of sidewalk. Have been suffering doing cardio equipment. Wanted to run yesterday but it is too cold. Hope to try again Saturday.

Taking nap before going for a run this afternoon. Hope I'm still alive.:oops: I guess if not then no chance my ankle will hurt.:D
