Have been nursing a spring knee and this is just my 3ed run. Did an 8 miler this morning and got a surprise. For the first time in 2 years was able to run in Centennial Olympic Park. Glad to see it open again.

Finally took some more pictures, this time at the Battelle Darby Creek Park in Columbus.

Saw a deer out in the field that I walk across between the parking lot and my start/stop point on the trail. I only have an iPhone XR, so I couldn't zoom in any more and I didn't walk to walk close enough to scare away the deer.

And here is my view from the bench I was seated at after my run while I waited for my wife to finish her run:

The wife and I visited Miamisburg, OH this weekend (south side of Dayton) and we got to go run on the Greater Miami River recreational trail on Saturday. This post and the next 2 have pictures I took.

This post has the pictures of the trail itself.

Haven't posted here in a while. Here are a few from this mornings run.

Pedestrian Hawk in SoNo. We now have a few of them in ATL already (invented about 20 years ago) and hope to see them proliferate and become ubiquitous. Probably the greatest advance for pedestrian safety yet.

Alley Way running.

Beautiful pictures, I miss living in Atlanta!

Sunday Morning 8 mile run. First the ATC 10 Miles race started/finished in my "backyard".

Staring out in my "front yard". Crystal clear blue sky.

Unique subway station (MARTA). The only one in the world that is also above a major highway system. I85/I75 (The Connector) run underwent the subway station.

One of my favorite buildings and rare for ATL since we are famous/infamous for razing buildings (Sherman taught us this trick). The Flat Iron Building (on left from rear). Built in 1897, 3 years before the more famous NY building.
