It was hard work to be honest. Feel exhausted today.
Did Shoulders & Core and then went for an 7 Mile through Piedmont Park and Midtown.
Piedmont Park with fencing up for the 10K Peachtree race next week.

Last run before the Peachtree (may run a couple of miles Saturday).
Peachtree Street [Main Street] is going to be refurbished and the first step is blocking off 2 lanes for about 3 blocks as a test for added pedestrian/biking access.

I used to go to Atlanta back when I lived in Spartanburg, SC, back in the late 80s to mid 90s. Thanks for posting the various pictures of Atlanta, I really liked visiting when I lived close enough to do so.

On weekends I often take long walks around Berlin. Sometimes I feel like I´m walking through postcard pics. And - the last picture - I always have an eye for the small things around me.

My wife and I ran in the Granville Fircecracker Five (5 mile race) in Granville, OH, this morning. Here is a picture from the finish line.

Ordered a new spin bike (Spinning L5 Spin Bike) that arrived today and I got to use it for my afternoon workout.
Much better than the entry level recumbent bike I have been using for a little more than 2 years.

Awesome that you could take pictures. Every time I try a security guard who is stationed there to prevent picture taking quickly stops me.
Went out to the Battelle Darby Creek are this morning for a 6 mile run before stronger rain came in.

Running through a film set. Funny that I have never been stoped or questioned all the times I do this. Of course I have my headphones in and I'm running so the security guards can't do much once I've past them.

Went out to the Battelle Darby Creek Park (Columbus, )H) for an 11.7 mile un. This time I took pictures of stuff I saw as I drove to the parking area.

Here are some trees next to the parking spots. The contrast in color of the brown leaves with the green leaves caught my attention as I drove up, so I took this picture:

Ran on the part of the Camp Chase Trail within the Battelle Darby Creek Park today, got in a 7.57 mile run.
Here is the view as I walk up to the start point for my run.

A Ran 8 miles this morning. The muggy humidity is a killer and you can see how hazy it is. Will be glad when it breaks.
Did 25km/15.5mi yesterday, weather was beautiful though didn’t take many pictures
