They should include a medic alert feature for old people if they fall down and can't get up it would call for help.
The downside is that the watch is tied to a phone. It needs to become a standalone device to be truly useful.
 
I've read ten pages of comments, and am delighted to find so many people are experiencing similar benefits to what I'm enjoying. The gamification of fitness sounds silly, but it works. Between Apple's Activity and Workout apps and a great app called Lark, my health has improved on every measurable index to an extent that delighted my doctor, who went out and bought an Watch for himself the day after my last visit. Looking forward to WatchOS2.
