Hope they stick with my June delivery

I waited to order as I will not be home until June sometime. When the Est. delivery slipped to June timeframe I ordered. So I'm hoping they do not accelerate the delivery time.

Why oh why did they not provide Store Pickup option ??????

If FedEx/UPS deliver when I'm not at home and still not on their 2nd/3rd attempt to deliver, will the Watch package be returned and my CC credited ?

I ordered one with the SS 42mm (Black sport band) with the confirmation email at 12:06AM.
Mine's still processing. Anyone's SS 42mm (Black sport band) changed to Preparing for Shipment status yet?

Same boat as you. Still waiting. I got my confirm email at 3:06AM EST on the 10th & I got the same watch & band as you.
 
Late?

I guess I was a little late in ordering - 2:30 am Central Time, for the SS Black Classic buckle. Haven't had my card charged yet. Anyone else who ordered this late, had his card charged?
 
I was just looking at the cost of these things and really want to know how a stainless steel link band is worth $600... cus according to the site that's how much more expensive it is than the plastic band one...:eek:

Pre ordered mine at 3:03 am est stainless with black sport band and got April 24-May 8.. Still says processing and credit card not charged yet.. Really hope the stainless models ship by the 24th

It's looking like everyone who ordered in the first two or three minutes...Edit: and within the USA... has had their cc charged and status updated to preparing to ship.

Hoping they have another wave of processing that includes everyone who ordered within the first six minutes.

Anyone know if most of the cc's charged to date are East and Central USA maybe??

Okay guys and gals,

I just talked to a contact at Apple (he's not a customer support person and that's the most I can say. but he did have information that was being distributed for phone support staff)

he said that they have a memo in which they told their phone support employees that "having a change in your order status is not an indication that you will or will not receive your watch before those who are yet to get an order update."

He went on to describe and insist "A change in order status does not indicate an April 24th delivery and the lack of a change to order status does not indicate that you will not be receiving your product at launch. On the contrary, orders are being processed differently this time around and the specifics of logistics in which bands, which models, which delivery companies, are all contributors in the timing of the status changes and will continue to be processed 24 hours a day. Orders processed today may not ship till Friday, while orders processed tonight may not ship till Monday and orders processed tomorrow may very well arrive Friday."

"The process in which the orders are being scanned and attached to the product for shipment are not being based on time of order specifically. The first come first serve only applies to the delivery window, not to the time of day. All 4/24-5/8 orders, regardless of wether they were 1 minute or 4 minutes after the Site and App went live, will be processed for the same shipping windows. The determination of the products arrival will solely be based on inventory, geographic location, and delivery provider."

"The fact that your order hasn't updated is irrelevant. Your shipping window is your shipping window, regardless. Orders began updating today and will continue to update. With most orders already in the process of shipment, it is a matter of being input into the system. Your devices arrival date has been determined regardless of when you receive the notification at 4:00pm or 4:00am, the outcome will be the same."
 
My 42mm stainless steel mLoop ordered at 3:03 is still processing while my 38mm sport green band is preparing shipment. It was ordered at 3:07. #

Those times are eastern. So that's 12:03 and 12:07
