Guys I need your help and I need it NOW.

My watch says shipped (as of 3 hours ago) but ups says the tracking number has no associated package.

Is it normal? Does it take time for it to show up?

----------

What do you think? My tracking will come?

----------

Does your tracking number pull up in UPS? Mine says the same as yours on Apples email and website but UPS still doesn't have info on my tracking

Yes 100% normal. Calm down get a mimosa and be thankful yours has shipped. I ordered mine at 12:05a and will be waiting til mid May.

James, it is so damn frustrating that they don't inform their support team. They are training counslors, not support staff. Their people only ever say "oh I can see how that would be frustrating. I'd want that fixed too. Boy that sounds stressful, I could definitely see how that would frustrate you. Blah blah blah."

Hahah, you nailed it!

They are unhelpful in the role they are in i.e. as customer service representatives it seems like all their "oh I understand" "I am keeping my fingers crossed for you" etc etc is just to pacify you, they don't have any interest in actually helping you or providing you with even a shred of new information.

They really are the worst customer service reps I have ever spoken to, they are pleasant but they aren't at all helpful. I don't contact them to have a nice conversation but to get information and in that role they are beyond useless.

No. You won't. I promise you. If you don't have shipping notification by Tuesday, I'll jump off my garage. (I don't have a garage)

I promise bro. 04's will be done by Monday. I'm certain. Trust me. Try to anyway.

maybe not the worst...

I liked this part above and couldn't agree more.
I didn't call to have you tell me how bad you feel for me.
Just tell me something I can't see myself.

Hey.....my wife's watch came on launch day and it took a day or 2 for the tracking information to show in the system at UPS. I wouldn't fret about it man, we have too many good vibes around here for something to screw up! :)

Worth the Wait

Just wanting to let everyone know that it is well worth the wait. Easily the best watch and smart watch I have owned. Feels excellent on the wrist, long battery, apps are useful, and activity tracker works perfect.
Hope you all get your soon!

Well my email came at 12:06a and I got the 5/15-5/27 (I forget the exact dates) date range.

So I doubt I'll see it before May 10th. But I'll keep my fingers crossed.

See that's I think where people are frustrated. It makes me a bit frustrated that those with the 4/24-5/8 sg are still waiting while others with dates after are getting them processed. Unless it's a matter of a difference between 42mm and 38mm. I also feel like people like me in the Midwest are also being left behind cause we don't live in a major market like he east coast or west coast.

Anyone have a clue as to how many watches come over on each plane? With all these flights that are supposedly loaded with watches how long would it take to ship the estimated one million day one pre orders?

My guess 2 weeks hence the 2 week window on the first orders.

A quick Google search directed me to a site with an article about the iPhone 6 launch. It said that a 747 that was flying the iPhone 6 pallets in was holding 195,000. I don't know how you compare that to the watches, as I know the boxes seem to be a little larger for all models, but it could still give you an idea.

Yeah, this is really frustrating. I have a SG, 12:04. Still processing. Maybe because mine is 38? I thought less people would be getting the smaller one so I'd get it sooner. But, I guess not. (I have small wrist)(But I'm doubting my decision)

So let's say that the watch takes up twice the space that the iPhone 6 does. That means according to the website http://uk.flightaware.com/live/iphone there is roughly 400 and some odd thousand watches in route to Louisville KY right now? Seems like with all the flights that have landed thus far the entire U.S. Supply should be here by now. I'm just wondering if anyone really knows if those really are Apple Watch supply planes.

The only problem with that logic is the fact that there were like 9 different versions of the phone, and like 50 versions of the watch.

Yes I agree with that. But the reports saying that 1 million pre orders were taken in day one. That can easily be carried in all the planes that have been shown to come to anchorage and then to Louisville KY since I've been reading this.

Correct me if Im wrong, it's very late and I'm not thinking straight.
But there are 2 different sized iPhones, in three different color options each, of each there are three different space capacities. That makes 18 different variables. And that doesn't even factor in the Carrier differences. Which i know mean less and less with the antennas becoming more and more over arching across networks. But throwing in carrier SIM's is just as simple as swapping bands. So there are actually quite a bit more variables to the iPhone than people seem to be claiming. The only difference is that they have had 7-8 years of experience selling that product to a known demographic.
