Same Song and Dance
Just chatted with Apple...same song and dance. The rep mentioned she was not aware of the issue with Order Status Service.
Also, they repeat the same thing each time and sound like you are in a counseling session; instead of receiving the real reason of why particular models have not prepared for shipment.
It is becoming obvious that there is a problem that Apple doesn't want to address. Because they do have a window of May 8th for a lot of 42mm SS BSB...I am thinking that they are hoping to have it resolved by then. Now this is just observation; not fact. But, anyone that is a loyal customer of Apple and have done launch preorders know that this is not the norm for APPLE. Is this poor management by Angela? or Tim? I know this it not how Steve would of wanted it.
Yes, we have all been patient and we shouldn't be upset with what is just an adult toy for most of us...But, it's the frustration of not receiving the true fact with the issues and the misconception. Also, being told that the order are being shipped in the order they were received??? Really, if that was the case, most of us would not be in this chat forum and would be enjoying our watches.
