There's a way you can get more info in the header - I just kept clicking on things until I saw an option for "view full header" or some such. I wanted to know too!!

(p.s. it's coming Monday)

Oh cool, found it. Apparently it came at 12:04:37...so I guess I may as well kill myself.;)

At this point I'd love for Monday :)

Shipping confirmation at about 5:30pm EST. Jacksonville, FL

I don't think we will ever get the answer

Many on here still don't seem to think Apple as done anything wrong in the slightest and we should simply be happy to be allowed to buy this magical product.
I'd bet dollars to donuts that the people who hate on us for being aggravated either Have theirs, or have later delivery windows. Period.

I wanted to find out what time my order was received, because I never got the confirmation e-mail from apple, due to my old mac.com e-mail being used. I paid for my Watch at 1:03 am. I just talked to an apple rep via chat and this is what she said...

"Does it say what time I placed my order at?

Yes, I have that information.

Ok

I see 4:05.

4:05 AM?

Yes, it would be pacific time 4:05 am.

Wow... I placed the order at around 1:03 am mst

Yes, with the amount of traffic that we had on that date, the processing and authorization of the orders were taking a bit of time.

I see..."

It took over 4 Hours to process the order even though I placed it and would have gotten confirmation of the order a little after 1 am Mountain time.... No wonder I haven't received anything yet.

I don't think I believe that. Not you, but the Apple rep. I have the AmEx app on my iPhone and it alerts me as soon as a charge is done on that card (literally within a couple of seconds). It was no different when ordering both the watches I ordered. As soon as I submitted the orders I received the alerts from the AmEx app. Maybe it was different for me for whatever reason, but that just sounds odd.

Unfortunately for me, I can only speculate, since I didn't get the confirmation e-mail... I do know that my Card was preauthorized at around 9 am on the 10th for $52 to verify my card was good and active.

That is actually because you have your Amex registered through Apple Pay (or Passbook-whichever it is). It's a pretty cool feature but doesn't have to do with Amex. My wife has an Amex and the Amex app but doesn't have her card registered through Apple Pay (or Passbook) since our family account is linked to mine. Regardless, she doesn't get the notifications but I do.

I got my notification immediately after ordering my watch and was on my "pending charges" for days. Now it has disappeared and no further payment taken. One of these days...

Are you sure about that? I do have the card set up with Apple Pay, but the AmEx app is connecting to my AmEx account, not Apple Pay. How would I get notifications from purchases made outside of Apple Pay or the Apple Store if that's the case? Are you sure your wife doesn't have the notifications for the AmEx app disabled? I'm not saying you're wrong, that just seems odd to me. No way to test it out unless I remove the card from Apple Pay, which I can't do right now since that's what will be used when they finally charge me for the watches.

Yeah... No wonder people weren't getting them when they thought they would..

I just checked with an Apple Support chat person:

Her: "The confirmation email may actually take up to 24 hours to receive, but your order purchase time is based on when you placed your order and in your time zone."

Me: "Okay. So if I placed my order at 12:04, and got a confirmation email at 12:04, the purchase time would be 12:04?"

Her: "Yes, your order was confirmed and placed at 12:04."

So, whatever that's worth.

I'm worried I never saw any type of charge. No authorization, nada zip, zilch, zero.
Apple Pay and a Chase Visa. Does this make sense. Will I just not see anything till the real deal?

Well, Then she didn't tell me the truth or something else went wrong... Then again at the end of the chat she said, "i'm crossing my ankles for you, that you'll receive it tomorrow. I can't cross my fingers because I have to type." They aren't delivering tomorrow....

Yeah I'm sure. I thought it was through Amex for a long time also, but if you go to settings on your iPhone and click on "Passbook & Apple Pay" then click on your credit card you can turn on and off the notifications. Can't explain how they know about all of your charges but they do. I really like that feature, though. Good to know up to the second when a charge hits your account.

And to your other point, my wife doesn't have hers registered at all. Not just notifications turned off.

I could be wrong, but I think that is how it works. You can't turn notifications on and off in the Amex app.

Definitely not here. Still waiting....

Yes. 42mm SS BSB

Did they forget to even MAKE any? I know that is a ridiculous question, but I have not seen ANYBODY post unboxing, or any videos of the  Watch black sport band.

I wonder why apple is being so secretive. Just SAY something!
