Apple Watch Pre-Order Delivery Estimates Continue to Improve for Many Customers

I hope I still have money left in the bank when my finally processesMy order just moved to "Preparing for despatch" and my money left the bank...

Very nice I ordered the same around the same time but still waiting...42mm Space Grey Sport ordered at 12:05a PST 4/10 with 4-6 week delivery estimate and just got the email saying it will be here tomorrow! Finally the wait is over and not as long as expected

See I don't get Apple,I order on Pre order the 10th and had a June window and when they got the first batch out I got a May 29 - June 11th window still later doesn't make sense.
I feel ya! it's pretty ridiculous for all of us to not already have our watches period!
I understand millions ordered and blah blah, but having a 4-6+ week window for delivery is pretty dumb
I mean they shipped 22% in the first wave! and come on, all watches are pretty much the same aside from material. You simply machine the housing and get a stock of them, then you build it. and put on the desired band. maybe im just upset that it's taking so long...but i do know aluminum is very easily machined

Don't worry, somewhere in China, a suicidal factory worker is working his or her fingers to the bone for $2 an hour, sleeping at the factory for maybe 3 hours a night, and working the rest of the time, just so your delivery time doesn't slip past six weeks.

Don't worry, somewhere in China, a suicidal factory worker is working his or her fingers to the bone for $2 an hour, sleeping at the factory for maybe 3 hours a night, and working the rest of the time, just so your delivery time doesn't slip past six weeks.

In the meantime, I'll keep refreshing my order status lol

New wave of watches going out maybe? I have a buddy who ordered the same thing and his just switched over.

Personally I think Apple was premature in the 2014 outing of the Watch. If they had waited till WWDC 2015 to set the watch loose but kept the manufacturing schedule they have now, there would be no shortage (real or fake).
My money is on this type of thing happening more often with Apple releases, software and hardware, or for bugs/defects to start creeping in.
Once you say "X date" you have "Y hours" to get it done or you look as bad or worse than just not saying anything at all.
I ordered 42mm Space Grey model and got confirmation email at 8:07am (I'm in UK). Status is still Processing Items Dispatched: 4-6 weeks

When did you order yours? I ordered the exact same watch on 4/12 and my delivery date is still just showing June.

Yeah for a long time now. I always get excited when this happens but then it comes up and my order still says processing yikes
The store app on the iphone has been up all along but I think the status on the app may not be as real time as the web site dunno for sure.-Mike

I wouldn't care if i were you lol 1k for a watch that's 400. But Maybe like late may early june.
I ordered an Apple Sport white band on 27 April and it is available for pick up at a local collection point today!!! Clearly Apple UK has stock around but for some reason is not telling everyone. I actually want a black one but my order for that is still showing June.
I'd suggest you re-order via Apple's website and choose Local Pick up.
