What pisses me off is I stayed up til 3:00am EST to order a watch and I here I sit with no real updates on processing times. If they couldn't fulfill initial orders they should've pushed back the launch.

I agree. I ordered my 48mm SS w/ Black leather buckle band at 3:05 am EST on 4/10, but still have "processing order est. delivery of 4/24-5/8". So aggravating. I know people who ordered their watch hours after I did who got their watches already. I understand some models are in more demand, but it shouldn't have this kind of delay for early orders. Oh well.

Ordered 42mm space grey sport about an hour after preorders launched, and now have a May 29-June 11 delivery window.

I wish we had the opportunity to purchase in store, I would of sat in front Apple store on the 23rd in order to nab one on the 24th. Instead I wait with no updates.

Mine is coming tomorrow

Ordered a 38mm space grey sport. Confirmation email at 12:05 AM Pacific. Delivery originally estimated to be 5/13-5/27. It has now shipped and is scheduled to arrive Tuesday 4/28.

Any one with updated times for the "Apple Watch 42mm Space Black Stainless Steel Case with Space Black Link Bracelet" ? I ordered at 3:02AM EST and got a June shipping date.

Order status

Update on my orders:

12:03 am order: 42 Sport Space Grey - Original delivery: April 24 - May 8
Shipping today (Apr. 27 for delivery Apr. 28)

12:04 am order: 38 Sport Space Grey - Original delivery: April 24 - May 8
Shipped Apr. 25 (DELIVERY TODAY Apr. 27)

9:25 am order: 42 SS Milanese - Original delivery: June
Changed today to: May 29 - June 11

Good luck to all... well, Apple would probably say it has nothing to do with luck but "First In order, First Out delivery" for the model you chose.
And for those of you who feel cheated, the issue might be with your credit card company. I made sure to call them in advance and have them approve my purchases.

By mid-July the constrained supply game will be over and you will be able to get any model you want instantly on-line or with a walk-in appnt.

Some of the bands will always be supply constrained, because of the leather. There are only so many cows for the modern and classic buckles.

Just checked the status of mine. Ordered on April 10 STILL showing Processing items with July shipping date. SB 42mm Link Bracelet.

That seems kind of ridiculous, no?

You're lucky. Mine just says June and I ordered 2 minutes after 3AM on launch day. :/

Fat Hands Taking photos

I ordered a Sport 42 white which came in on launch day. My SS 42 BSB will be here tomorrow. I just received my confirmation email from apple. I like Sport 42 but Im hoping the SS42 is nicer. The only thing I don't like about the watch is that I'm ALWAYS accidentally hitting siri whenever my wrist bends. I also found out today that my wrist is taking screenshots whenever i bend and push off amy desk or something. Anybody else having this problem?

I'm still in "Processing Items" even though I ordered my 42mm Pink at the same time...

If it makes you feel better, I did loose the excitement of getting my pinky even though it’s scheduled to be delivered to me on Weds (I got a tracking number but no tracking path is showing… so who knows what is true anymore). I'm certain that they went beyond my expectations, but in the wrong direction.
Apple can sell as many more millions then expected, but the priority of orders are screwed up and that is upsetting, especially because they are quiet about it as if we should be all mostly happy just for existence of Apple.

Still have a June estimation no movement and I preorder on the 10th kind of starting to get mad. I have a friend who ordered days after I did and he got his watch already. I ordered pink sport silver aluminum 42mm. I guess that mine must be really popular. Order still says processing. I need to calm down and stop checking every five minutes, the stress can't be healthy lol. Oh and if I hear another person brag about their ship dating changing or receiving their watch already I think "Wayne Brady is going to have to choke a b***h"

I ordered space gray 42mm on friday 4/24 and got shipping notification today. expected to wait until june or july...their order processing must be way out of whack!

I just can't fathom a company as large and popular as apple on a worldwide launch of a new product would sell a band that they expect to be so unpopular they don't have any kind of inventory on hand to stop. Doesn't seem logical at all.

And let's not get carried away. No one that you know of has received one does not mean that no one has received one.

----------

i haven't seen anyone anywhere get them and no it's perfectly logical, you simply do not understand manufacturing and the risks involved. kickstarter and other crowdfunding outlets were created for precisely this reason, to help small startups mitigate the risk of manufacturing losses.

3:03am EST, I ordered 42MM SS W/Black Sport Band.

Unfortunately you ordered one of the most popular models and one of the lowest stocked models...
Not sure why 'Apple dropped the ball on this one'
What shipping estimate were you given BEFORE you checked out?

When I ordered I looked at the shipping estimates and changed some of my selections, so that I received two on launch day and will get two sometime in May.
The end of the first wave shipment window, (May 8th) hasn't even come yet so Apple haven't missed any of their shipment estimates YET.

Wow.

I dont even think it's worth the effort to continue this debate. To think that apple would sell a watch on launch with absolutely zero inventory is bewildering. Possible? Sure. Probable? Very unlikely. You'd have made more sense if you suggested their inventory was negligible.

apple is no kickstarter project. Making a few dozen or a few hundred would have been negligible risk.

Sorry, but unless apple outright says they had zero manufactured, you not knowing anyone whose received one Isnt convincing enough.

Patience.

Apple Watch Sport 42 SG BSB.
Ordered 4/10 at 12:09a PST.
Delivers: 5/13 - 5/27.
Processing.
Card charged $49 for AppleCare+.
Spoke with Apple Rep today, said the payment has cleared so that's good.
Kicking myself for staying awake until 30 minutes before, but then passing out.
Lol.

I never ordered one online and I went through my business rep instead. Was originally told they would try it out to release day, but that obviously is past. Now they are unsure of the dates. I probably should have just ordered it online when I had the chance; it was was 3 pm in the afternoon for me, so it wasn't a matter of staying up. The main issue was I was catching a flight back to San Francisco, of all places, at that time. I wanted the Stainless Steel in Space Black (that's the one with the black link) with an additional black sports band.

Today I was told they are "finalizing" orders from my business rep, so perhaps I'll get mine sooner than later.

Well...that's worrysome for me considering I ordered the same watch 24hrs after pre-orders went up and no movement on mine at all :-(

I'm on the 2 wave of orders, and it looks like I will get my watch sometime between May 15th to 22nd. My time frame is May 13th - 27th.:(

I based this looking at the forums that have said they are getting shipping notices. Today they are at about the 3 to 5 minute mark and I placed my order at the 16 minute mark.:(

Angry! >.<

I ordered at 12:01.... and **** still hasn't been charged to my card. :apple: wth... my friends got the SAME exact model, same time and have all been charged. THANKFULLY, I was first in line at Maxfields in LA and got one, but I want my Space Grey model to come in. >.<

I also ordered the 42mm SS BSB at 1:03 AM (MDT).

I finally updated to preparing for shipment sometime overnight. Who knows when it will actually get here though. What is ironic is that I am now going out of town all week.... Oh well. At least I saw some change.

I have a feeling that most people who ordered in the first few minutes of pre-orders should see a status change sometime this week.

Received delivery confirmation at 1:00 pm (EDT) today.
