Why Complain....
I see all the people on here and other sites complaining, "oh, Apple deceived me", "I ordered early, Apple is horrible, mine isn't coming on the 24th".
One) It was never promised on the 24th... It was April 24th to May 8th depending on supply and demand.
Two) I see a lot of people on here upset over people in the second wave getting their watches first... Well, if you order a Sport Space Gray or a Sport Black watch... You probably picked one the most popular watches, while people ordering a 38mm Lime Green Sport in the second wave order a color and size that less people in the first wave ordered, so theirs is able to come sooner.
Three) Apple isn't "OUT TO GET YOU".
People who jump ship from Apple and cry about it should go cancel their order and go buy a Windows computer and while starring at the famous Windows Blue Screen of Death the first time it locks up (which is usually in the first few months), shut up and be happy, it is what you wanted.
I got online and got kicked off TWICE as I tried to place my order, at 6 minutes after the time the sale started I got my order through, so I ended up in the second wave, still in "PROCESSING", but I am not crying about it. Even though I probably got kicked off because of a bunch of cry baby's pushing through to get their watch that think they are cool because they use Apple Products and think they have used Mac "forever" since they had the their first iPhone.
As to you people that are crying and being total a$$es about it who think you really are Mac People... Picture it, 1984, Christmas... an excited 9 yo boy opens the best present he ever got a Macintosh 128, with a 5 1/4 floppy drive. For most of you bitching who aren't even old enough to know what a 5 1/4 floppy drive was, it was 1984's version of removable memory. From that point on 31 years ago, I was hooked and have never owned anything else. Today, I own my own company, which runs completely off Mac. Heck, my personal email address is a "@mac.com", and for those of you "@me.com" people, mac.com addresses where way before you bought your first iPhone and you had to pay $112 a year for the email. Since 1984 I have owned countless Mac computers, every generation of iPod, 5 iPads (not including the pile of them I bought for my company offices) and every iPhone since the very first one.
So stop crying about delivery... you will get your Apple Watch, it may just not come as soon as the "Give Me Now" generation would like it to come. God, I would have hated to see you all back in the days of the Sears catalog... Where you got a big catalog in the mail, there was no online!!! You picked out what you wanted... You could order over the phone (Which was rotary dial) or go into the store and order it... Then you had to go home and wait... wait for a unknown amount of time, because they didn't even give you an estimated time.. then finally one day you would get a call or a little postcard in the mail... You would then have to go back to the Sears store, head usually downstairs to Catalog Order, stand in line... Give them your card or confirmation number... they would then give you a number and you would sit and wait some more, until finally... you would see your item coming down a conniver belt from behind the counter and they would call your number for you to come back to the counter and pick it up! OMG, half of you people on here would die if you had to order stuff that way! I would love it!
BTW... My Macintosh 128 still works.... any one with a IBM from 1984 that can still say that... and I am talking about all original, no replaced parts.
