The speed difference is definitely noticeable, the animations are a lot smoother, things load quicker even from initial launch if the application was written for watchOS two or three. Everything is just a lot snappier and smoother like to watch should've been in the first place. This is comparing watchOS 3 on the S0 to watchOS 3 on the S2.

How fast is Hey SIRI compared to series 0 with OS 3?

I ordered the space black w/link bracelet about 2 minutes after the store opened. Got a delivery estimate of 9/30, however on Friday, it changed to preparing to ship, and I have confirmed UPS deliver on Wednesday, 9/21. WAY better than last year!

Now...if they'd just get me my iPhone 7+, as it got ordered at the same time, got the jet black and delivery estimate is 10/10-17. We're going to visit Vermont flying out on 9/27, and I hope the iPhone shipping will change!

18 Sep 2016 00:45:03 Pudong International Airport Shipment Received At Tnt Location
18 Sep 2016 00:13:00 Suzhou Shipment In Transit.
18 Sep 2016 00:10:01 Suzhou Shipment In Transit.
16 Sep 2016 23:21:41 Suzhou Shipment Collected From Customer

ETA is still 22/09 - hoping it comes earlier

That looks usable. ha ha.
It is definitely useable now. "Hey Siri. I want to go for a run." will probably become my standard way of opening the app and starting a run. It's now faster than hitting the dock button, swiping to exercise, tapping, swiping down, and hitting the quick start button.

Same here! Our shipments must be on the same plane or same pallet. Looking forward to Tuesday.

As for my iPhone 7+ 128GB MB.... nada. Zilch. El zippo.

My watch is sitting in the local UPS warehouse because the driver was too lazy to stop by my house on the 16th. I normally see the UPS deliveries by 11:00 am. Friday morning the status of my delivery changed to 'On Vehicle for Delivery Today' which happens when the driver scans the package as she/he loads their truck.

Following up on my non-delivery at 5:00 pm Friday (which had the status of 'On Vehicle for Delivery Today', the UPS CSR was adamant it would be delivered by the day's end. We live in a small town 30 km from the city where the warehouse is and my wife passed the UPS driver at 4:00 pm returning to the city on her drive home from work.

At 7:30 pm UPS changed the status to 'In Transit, On time' with delivery scheduled again for Monday. GRRRR

It appears Target got stock this morning or last night! I just found one 42mm space gray series 2 at my local target on their website... hoping to pickup in next 2 hours. fingers crossed they aren't pulling my leg. lol

Just a guess based on the exact departure scan time matching.

Educated guess shows next shipment out will be around 6am China time, or 6pm eastern today. This would line up for my expected delivery on Tuesday.

I ordered a Series II Space Black Apple Watch on launch day and was told ships by 9/30. Was stoked to see that it had shipped yesterday and will be here on Tuesday (9/20).

Huge contrast from last year when Space Black watches were horribly delayed. Just going to sell my gen-1 space black w/ the new black - band and put my old Space Black link on this watch.

My wife's 38mm space gray arrives 9/20 with an original date of 9/30. I got Oct 4-10th on my silver aluminum white band 42mm. No movement... haven't seen any availability anywhere. Not many options near me.
