Wow...good to hear that. Mine is from Sept 19 order as well... but aluminum. I see always the stainless steel is shipping faster. May be ...may be the day for Sept 19 has come..
When did you credit card got charged? Yesterday or today? What was your original delivery window? I have Oct 18-31st.
I am hoping to see the change of status this week...
My order was preparing for dispatch in the morning and shipped in the afternoon. Payment was taken on the same day as dispatch (5th).
The original estimate was the same as yours: 18th-31st October.
Hope you see some movement soon.
I'm loving mine. I am still learning everything it can do and still configuring it for what all I want it to do for me. Like right now I have multiple watch faces that are identical except for the complications added. I have one for general time and messages and phone usage, one for work usage showing Things, Mail, Calendar, and Reminders, one showing Activity, heartbeat, workout and and empty complication, and one for musi, shazam, remote, and sports scores.
Also learning about different apps and finding some apps I wish supported the watch such as Waze.
My wife surprised me and got me one from Best Buy. Pickup in store exact same day....yay!!!
I am going to cancel the one from apple. So someone will get one ahead in line...

Awesome. My Stainless Steel one with Milanese Loop has the 20th to the 4th November for the delivery estimate (ordered on the 21st September) so hopefully it'll be bumped up over the next week.
My Stainless Steel sport ordered on 18th Sept was showing as dispatched today (06/10/16) estimated delivery for Monday 10th.
Wonder what the chances are for it being delivered on Sat?

Had a preorder from Apple expected to ship 10/18-10/31. Saw the exact watch I ordered (38mm, SS, leather) for sale on Best Buy website Tuesday night. Ordered with rushed shipping for Friday delivery - got email watch was backordered - surprisingly, it shipped yesterday and I got it this afternoon! Loving it so far...good improvement over the original.
I like it so far, feels good on the wrist. I just need to figure out all the things it can do and how to make it do that!

Now I have to receive and then take it to Apple store to return

FYI, if you want a Series 2 immediately, check your local Macy's. I was in the Lenox Square store in Atlanta and they had 20 in stock of just the Space Black Sport (19 now). The sales person showed their inventory and they had 10-12 of 2 or 3 other models. I signed up for a Macy's card and got 20% off as well. He said Perimeter Mall and Northpoint Mall stores also had stock. None of the others around Atlanta did though. He let me in on a secret as they can't be ordered online for pickup for some reason. They will show in stock online but you can't complete the purchase.
Thank you for the excellent advice! My wife just went to Macy's and picked up a space gray for me and got 20% off taking the price down to $319. Sales person had no idea what the Apple Watch was, just said they sold 10 since yesterday. This is in the Minnneapolis area.
I am impressed with the new processor and new features, particularly waterproofness and longer battery life. I was an early adopter of the original Apple Watch, and while I'm glad I got it, I always felt like there was a lot to be desired. The series 2 pretty much takes care of that, and truly makes using the Apple Watch a whole new experience.

I just ordered mine today 10/8 and it says delivery between 11/7-11/14. I hope it arrives earlier.
Do you guys know why I can't cancel the order at Apple online anymore? Not that I want to do it but it says "processing" but the shipping date is still far out. Apple should imho allow me to cancel.
