I also bought the Series 4 gold SS 44mm while Best Buy had it for $499 over Labor Day. I'm definitely very glad now that I pulled the trigger then instead of waiting. I suspect there may be some comparable sales on leftover Series 4 SS models by the holiday season anyway.

I just talked my husband into a series 4 black aluminum GPS +cellular 40mm $55 off at Costco.

He’s coming from a Fitbit and I think he’ll love this...just the fact alone that he won’t have to stop in the midst of our walk and try and read his steps in bright sun!! I’ll love the fact that he’ll know when his phone is ringing even when it’s in one end of the house, and he in the other!

I am a bit leery of the “always on” feature of the series 5 and battery life. I know what they say about battery life, but also know what they say about the 4 battery life and there are times I’m down to 10% at the end of a day, so, it was trigger pulling time on this one before they are gone.

Hmmm, I don't usually buy use but I’ve been negotiating on Swappa and get a SS s4 44mm for 425 in AMAZING condition...
Just wondering if you think resale prices for the s4 are stabilized or do you think I can get a new one for around that price or close to it in a few days.....

@gigapocket1 , that sounds like a very good deal.

I was thinking about listing my S4 Stainless Steel gold 44mm on Swappa for $555 based on what other recent sale prices.
I've never sold anything there yet... Just heard about it here recently.

yeah.. it was a good deal. I just hoped on it and purchased it lol.. I just couldn't beat that price.. I may even flip it..
I highly recommend Swappa.. I’ve mostly sold on there. Out of the 5 devices I’ve sold.. I haven't had one issue..

Here’s the best deal I’ve seen so far. Walmart has $100 off the 44 aluminum whether GPS or Cellular. What do you think of this deal?

This is indeed the best deal so far. YMMV but you can make it even sweeter & get for $299 IF you have an AM EX card AND the Best Buy $30 off AM EX offer in your AM EX account, and do a price match.

I don’t have AM EX. But Target will price match and give you 5% off with their Red Card

I couldn’t get Best Buy to price match Walmart. They claim that they don’t match in-store prices and that they only match online prices. I had to go to 2 different Walmarts before I got one for the $329 price.

I’m thinking about getting my first watch since Amazon is selling cellular SG Aluminum S4 for 429.

After holding out for the Series 5 and coming away unimpressed, I picked up a Series 3 cellular (aluminum) for $220 (and 5% back on the Prime Card). Figured at that price, not a huge loss if I smash it - and a no-guilt upgrade to the Series 6 in a year.

Walmart has the Apple Watch Aluminum Sports Band or Loop for $100 off MSRP, sold out online, but available in-store based on stock. Best Buy has a similar discount for $50 off

Prices for the Series 4 has been stubbornly high at all retailers with the biggest discount being $15 off at Costco, prices are finally coming down but I'm betting it'll sell out very quickly...

So I got an offer from someone I know for series 4 44mm aluminum GPS only for $263. There are some scratches on the screen from daily use, but that is about it. Do you think it is a good deal or should I wait?

Do you mean $55 off at Costco?

Selling my excellent condition series 4 SS gold 40mm LTE that has an apple care till dec 2020 for 560. Is that a reasonable price? Someone is asking if I can sell it for 450. I feel that that’s too low.
