I ordered minutes after the event too and live in Hungary, I don't understand why mine is coming from Eindhoven then and why it's still stuck on "info received"...
Still waiting for mine to be cleared too. Maybe we were the first ones loaded on the plane? (First in last out?) lol.
That order date may change. I ordered a Graphite Stainless for my daughter yesterday and had an order date of the 27th October. This afternoon, it leapt forward to the 6th October

Wow! such a long flight for ya'll what a journey huh
I am totally confused by the different paths these shipments are taking. Mine (and at least 3 others among our members) spent at least 4 days and 9 hours in customs in Shanghai, while others that left Jiaxing days after ours did sailed through to Anchorage, where they seem to be going through customs. I’m just hoping that clearing customs in Shanghai means that we’re done and don’t need to wait on that again once they get to the states! Very strange process.

I ordered the same Baltic Blue as you but that gave me a November 12th delivery. So, on the advice of one of our forum friends on here I ordered the brown bracelet with it and ordered the Baltic blue separately. That arrives November 11th.
I would have to agree, I think thats the part thats most unsettling. Apple has a date, UPS has another date and the watches are still in China lol I can only imagine when the iPhone comes out next month.

Actually took that long to get through customs? From 11:00 PM anchorage time to around 3 PM East Coast time, unbelievable. I still don’t have a custom release yet and I was on the same plane because I had the same time 11:01 PM. It’s like our government, very slow
Same, mine had the same 11:01PM "Departed from Facility" but hasn't cleared customs yet. The website tracking shows no delivery date, but the app still shows tomorrow to MN.
I certainly hope that’s the case. It’s my last hope for delivery tomorrow afternoon.

Both of mine have been sitting in Shanghai since 9-21 10:09PM (their time) with the note "your package is in transit. We're updating plans to schedule your delivery...", but UPS MyChoice shows tomorrow as the delivery date?!
