Both of mine have been sitting in Shanghai since 9-21 10:09PM (their time) with the note "your package is in transit. We're updating plans to schedule your delivery...", but UPS MyChoice shows tomorrow as the delivery date?!

Exactly my dilemma.

I'm going to order that band when my watch arrives - it's a beautiful combo! Right now the store shows a November date 🙁

I ordered the same Baltic Blue as you but that gave me a November 12th delivery. So, on the advice of one of our forum friends on here I ordered the brown bracelet with it and ordered the Baltic blue separately. That arrives November 11th.

@batristain Wow! I feel lucky to have that October date then! Hopefully it moves up soon.

I'm stuck on "Departed from Anchorage."

Same with me, but the delivery date to NC is still 23-Sep between 10am-2pm

I am totally confused by the different paths these shipments are taking. Mine (and at least 3 others among our members) spent at least 4 days and 9 hours in customs in Shanghai, while others that left Jiaxing days after ours did sailed through to Anchorage, where they seem to be going through customs. I’m just hoping that clearing customs in Shanghai means that we’re done and don’t need to wait on that again once they get to the states! Very strange process.

I made it through! 2 am group, we’re almost home!

I still have just the Anchorage departure but got a text saying delivery tomorrow. I’d feel better if the status at least showed it cleared customs.

It left Jiaxing on 9/18 and got stuck in “export” in Shanghai. Other scans I’ve seen here did not get customs clearance while in Shanghai, but got that in Anchorage. That‘s what’s inconsistent about it — I might guess that they shipped a ton of watches on 9/18 to Shanghai, got totally overwhelmed with the quantity, and shifted customs clearance to Alaska for the ones arriving later? The watches that went to Alaska without customs clearance all came out of Jiaxing a couple of days after that 9/18 group. They don’t have that dreaded “your package is delayed at export and is awaiting release from customs” message in Shanghai.

I’m parked in the 11:01pm Anchorage state as well. This morning I got a my choice email from UPS giving me tomorrow as delivery, but right now I’m not 100% hopeful.

That said, I’m in Cincinnati so if it can get out of Louisville today it might, just might, make it here tomorrow.

Not holding my breath, though.

I'm in the same boat plane, here in St. Louis, but I'm confident our watches will be delivered tomorrow as promised. Remember, Apple is giving UPS a lot of business, so I expect they'll do whatever is needed to meet their commitment. That being said, I'm still holding my breath and checking for updates frequently.

is yours showing anything beyond the requested date change? I think that because we did that, ours wont update again until it touches down in the U.S. I remember this happening on my macbook pro from apple

Way way back in the mid 2000s I remember ordering a custom built HP laptop. Got here from China in record time - I think it was ordered one day, left China the next and was in my hands no more than 2 days later.

Original expected date was Thursday 09/24/2020.
I pad $5 yesterday to have it changed to Wednesday 09/23/2020...
Now it's showing expected delivery date to be on a Friday 09/25/2020. So much for paying that $5. I think they are behind and it's too busy at the airport. Shipping wise.

It might be the band thats delaying your order as my order for a Graphite watch was placed yesterday and has come forward by three weeks today.

Yeah I agree, Hopefully I get it between the expected delivery date. I have a feeling they will move up the dates. Production is in place full force.

Cologne people: UPS hub at Cologne airport is usually sorting the parcels between 11pm and 2am CET for further destinations. We should see an update soon (it is 10:52pm CET now)
