MY SS graphite 44 is still on time. According to Apple it should be with me by Monday Sep 28 (originally Sep 25-28 window). As it is already in Germany since this afternoon, I am confident to see it some days earlier.

I called them yesterday and they said it will be delivered during the expected time frame. Not much they can do

Update 5:05PM EDT: operator says “yes, still planned delivery for tomorrow” [sounds good, but then that’s what MyChoice has said for two days] then I get this: “your package is in Arkansas.” Hmmmm. KY to VA via Arkansas? I think she saw AK (Alaska) and misinterpreted as Arkansas. So, I know no more now than I did 10 minutes ago.
Hope others are getting better info. @TiggrToo your call sounds like my experience. @Gantris you probably got the one good CS rep!

I swear UPS operators have been trained in the art of not giving information out. Just spent 20 minutes arguing with one idiot about where my package was, and he constantly told me that he had no proof that the Anchorage flight was even going to land at Louisville and wanted to know why I thought that.
Eventually, after much pushing and nagging he tells me that the flights destination was indeed Louisville…
So he feels that it may now be waiting customs clearance, hence the lack of a scan, My hope is it can do that, then get on a truck for the 2 hour trip to the Queen City on I-71…

This is the same configuration I ordered and delivery dates I show. I'm still stuck at "Processing" also.

It's just a waiting game at this point. I believe once they have it in stock delivery date will change.
Just got off with the UPS International people. They said they have been having issues with Apple and shipments coming into the U.S. from China because of COVID-19 and customs issues. My first order on the app says it departed Alaska 9/21 at 11:01 PM, but apparently that’s not the case. It is still there, but I think he said it should be arriving in Louisville tonight if I understood him correctly. He also said they are working to “expedite” shipments coming from Alaska. It was honestly hard to understand him, so I’m not completely sure what the issue was or where my package is. 🤷🏻♂️
UPS93 is currently en route to Louisville and should arrive in 5 hours. Hopefully my watch is on that flight.

Andddddd that’s a wrap folks! My Series 3 has been passed down to my girlfriend, and I am now a proud owner of the Series 6! Got here about an hour ago. So much faster than my older S3, and the AOD was the biggest reason for my upgrade...and it delivered! I’m going to be picking up a new band for it probably this week, I’m thinking of possibly getting both the Milanese Loop and the new Solo. All in all, I am very happy!

I was on the fence about upgrading to the 12 this year (I have an XSMax). But after all the fun we’ve been having with this launch, I’m definitely upgrading! Can’t wait to see who my travel buddies will be!!!

Horray. My correct order is finally leaving China. Sitting in Shanghai for 2 days.
So happy to read that my watch has finally, at long last, “Departed from Facility” at Shanghai at 4:58 AM on 9/23/20. Doesn’t say where it’s going — but at least it’s going somewhere now!!
