Apple Watch Series 6 Shipping/Order Status Thread

Just woke to this haha. That moved quick after it cleared customs. Yesterday when I went to sleep, it was stuck on cleared customs in China. Now it will be here eod.

After having a Friday 9/25 delivery date for over a week, this morning I got a dreaded "a late flight has caused a delay. We will update the delivery date as soon as possible". It was 50 mins late arriving from SDF (Louisville) to CLT. Thankfully, somehow still made the truck for delivery. Now have an out for delivery status, and just watched the UPS truck drive by with my watch on it. UPS routes always blow my mind, but I totally understand prioritizing business deliveries. Usually he doesn't make it back around until between 4-6p. So now I wait.

For what it's worth, my order that was scheduled to be delivered between Oct 9 - Oct 13 moved to "Preparing for shipping" overnight. I just went with a standard 44 Aluminum and Sport band (so, nothing fancy), ordered on 9/19. Hoping this means I have it hand sometime next week!

I initially had a date of 9/23 now it’s showing Monday for my se. The real kicker is I have an Apple store 20 mins from me and I thought it was closed. Well it’s open and the watch I want has been in stock this whole time. I’m trying to find my inner patience lol.

The point is you are getting it today! or else you want to wait till Monday. Post some pictures later. I hope to see you for an iPhobe launch. This is just the beginning.

Special THANKS and SHOUT OUT to you. You have put in the HARD-WORK by tracking the flights back to back. I’m sure you are tired. However, you are getting your watch today too. So, that’s very exciting and I’m happy for you. I really hope to see you back here again in couple of weeks for an iPhone watch. We are going to need you. 😇😇

The advantages of having an apple store 10 minutes away. Bands for days.

You can always order the fancy band separately while you enjoy your new toy.

Honestly, this has been fun despite the shipping craziness. Still on the fence on if I will upgrade to the iPhone 12. But either way, I probably drop by those boards to live vicariously though you all that are ordering. And offer moral support and dumb jokes LOL. But yea, not sure what the next apple purchase will be (iPhone 12 or iPad ) but these boards are awesome.

No!! You should def upgrade to the new iPhone 12. Dont doubt it. It will be back ordered till Jan/February right away. plus afterall we’re getting a new design this year. Hoping to see you back here and hope my brand new iPhone travels with yours.
