You must have been too late looks like the price is back up to 299... I picked up a open box 38mm for $224 from Best Buy 2 weeks ago.

Just picked up a 42mm sport off eBay (local seller) for $300, with apple care until 9/17 and an extra charger. Watch looks to be in mint conditiion still. Don't think I made out too shabby.
