Apple Watch Ultra Friday Availability

Went by a Verizon store and they stated none in stock till next month. I spoke with someone via chat and thought they was BS’ing me about none of the retailers having any stock, they were right lol.

Ugh, lol. That's disappointing. I have one on order but didn't get to ordering quick enough so it'll be a few weeks and I was hoping to find some where to grab one this weekend.
 
Ordered AW Ultra today at 5AM via Apple Store app. It is out for delvery! Can't wait!
 
Welp, just got a call from the Apple Store saying they didn't have the watch I ordered... I have to cancel it and try to find another one...

Decided to order one today for ***** and giggles. Right at 8am stock became available at my local store and by 11am the courier showed up at my door with my new AW Ultra. Pretty slick Watch!
 
Managed to snag an alpine orange AWU from the Apple Store…
Fedex is MIA with my at&t order!!

It's amazing. More people were able to go into an Apple Store today and pick up a watch than I have seen delivered to them.

The only downside is choice of the band is not always guaranteed.

I agree… this has been a crazy launch!
I got the band i preferred from the store versus having to settle for yellow ocean ordering online!!

My pickup in Fort Worth went pretty well. It was fast. Got there at 9:58. They opened the store at 10:00. I walked out with my Ultra with Midnight Ocean Band at 10:12. I saw the other bands and I like the one I got best. I have a trail band on order but might cancel it. The Alpine seemed fiddly. My old bands fit on it but I would say the solo loop is a little harder to stretch over onto my wrist. My silver Milanese loop looks pretty good on it so I will probably wear that on dressy occasions. I would like them to come out with the Ocean Band in Orange. Don’t care for yellow.

Glad to hear you liked Ocean Midnight the best. That's the one I picked.

I could tell UPS to hold it at a nearby UPS Store, but then I won'r get the watch until tomorrow, and as I said, I'm impatient.

I'm surprised they didn't have orange. Not that I'm a diver but from what I understand, orange the the last color to fade to grey underwater. Because of that you see a lot of diving gear in orange.

Pretty sure there will be new colors in the future. Apple won’t miss that opportunity.
