You're 100% wrong. The MAIN data source for all weather in Australia, is the BoM. Stop listening to others as uiue source of info, as they are wrong. I know this first hand.
Explain why there are temperature differences between the offical Bureau of Meteorology App and the Apple Weather then. You can pick any set of days, or any set of hours, any town in Australia and they are different. Here’s Perth because you obviously don’t accept Melbourne or Sydney as actual examples.

Why do you know first hand?

People love Carrot, but am I the only one who absolutely hates the look of the GUI? So hideous for me.

Maybe I should try Hello Weather. I like the GUI of Apple Weather, but the accuracy is not great.

I'v been using this in the UK recently and it's useless. It tells you it's about to rain about 30s before it rains. Then it tells you it's about to stop. You get better warning by looking out the windows at the dark clouds gathering.

How did they make this app less accurate over time? It doesn't even show my wife and I the same CURRENT CONDITIONS, let alone forecast, when we're sitting right next to one another!

Aussie here, got my first taste of this feature last night when I received a notification saying rain was expected at my location at 00:22. Had no idea this even existed previously so it was a nice surprise. The rain arrived approximately five minutes later than scheduled, but was still very impressed.

If anything, I think they need to tone it down a notch. For example, this evening I received a notification saying the rain would stop at 19:23 and continue 14 minutes later. That level of accuracy would be incredible (imagine knowing whether you were wasting your time taking shelter before making a break for it), but the reality is often very different.

WillyWeather is accurate for rain

LOL you don’t explain how the two apps present different weather forecasts and temperatures, do you? Obviously you can’t explain it because obviously the data source is different between BOM official and Apple Weather.

You know this first hand? That should make it even easier for you to show us proof.
As others have posted, please explain the reason why the Apple Weather app displays very differenet temperatures and forecasts then what's presentended via the BOM website and offical app.

Logically when something is sourcing data from elsewhere it should match the data from the source. In other words, if BOM says that the current temprature in Perth is 17c, then the Apple Weather app MUST say that it's also currently 17c. If the Apple Weather app always matches its data with the Weather Channel and is often different from what's reported from BOM, then logically the data isn't sourced from BOM.

Stop spreading lies mate, you are incorrect.

And yet the radar is still stupid colors and you can’t tell the difference between rain and snow. Makes no sense.

Maybe the app is taking people emotions into account. For some people, the day is always gray and unclear.

"Yes, I know it's fine, but I don't feel fine. OK? You just don't get me at all."
