Actually per google, the hourly rate for patent lawyers is between $400 and $600 an Hour. Sheeez, I may have to check into Law School! If Kim Kardashian can pass the Bar Exam so can I lol 😆 📚 👩⚖️
I only searched for ITC personal use exemptions and they are common. I do not know if there is one on this ban.
That’s probably in range of a typical State and of an average, but the “best” was the important word they used.
The design patents Masimo violated were from past products not being sold anymore, so apple has nothing to offer except paying to use the oximeter patents. And these aren't "frand" patents, so Massimo can ask anything they want.

I purchased my series 9 on day one, the series 9 had that future removed during the lawsuit where they temporarily banned the sale of series 9 in the US. I’m sorry your wife is missing that future. I specifically purchased the series 7 because of that feature, and because I was having signs of low oxygen. The app has essentially allowed me to monitor subtle changes in my lifestyle to increase my blood oxygen levels, now my averages are between 92% and 97%, where when the series 7 was purchased I was having issues of 78% to 82%. I honestly would recommend the Apple Watch to more people if they would return this feature.
It’s crazy that Apple is allowing this feature to go on missing.

I have a series 7 and a series 6 (I only use it overnight for sleep tracking). Thankfully blood Ox has never dropped below 94%. I use the 7 for daytime wear. My brother was feeling exhausted and out of breath after walking his dog. The ECG app caught his aFib, and after several doctor visits, two cry-ablations, two cardioversions, a WatchMan device, and a pacemaker, he feels better than ever. That's when I started looking at mine. So I'd recommend an Apple Watch to anyone with cardiac or pulmonary issues. It won't be long until the o2 sensor is re-enabled.
Wow, great story, that is a perfect example!! yes, I would still recommend an Apple Watch, let me retract that from before. What I mean is, to hold off on buying a version 10, and to look for a used Version 7, 8, or 9, that still has the feature available in the US.
To put some visible pressure on Apple to "get their stuff figured out". I've said it once to an Apple sales person in store already. When asked if I would purchase a series 10.. I show them my BloodO2 app on my series 9, and tell them; "No, I am waiting for Apple to return a feature first."
This is nice. Apple’s attorneys can use the $250 to celebrate their victory at Olive Garden.
Apple's attorneys don't eat a Olive Garden. They lunch at Alexander's Steakhouse in Cupertino.
Skip law school and just become an patent agent and work with a lawyer.
That won't even buy a round of drinks, (heck, maybe not even one) at the celebration.
