I'm annoyed too. It's just amazing the people who think you can just wave your magic wand and convert production lines, completely ignoring available parts for one phone that aren't needed for the other.

Obviously they should have just shut down some of the 5c lines on purpose just to make them just as supply constrained as the 5s.
