That's the picture from the iPad keynote so the updated picture may reveal something. I'm on my iPhone and I don't see any links there.

Maybe there servers are getting crashed. Or maybe they are still preparing the page, I took a risky peak at their main page and I couldn't find a link to the stream (usually they post a link).

I'll just download it through iTunes on my iPad. Streaming the highest quality stream available now, the podcast stream, isn't 100% smooth to stream.
