Apple's April 8th iPhone OS 4.0 Preview Event - Spoiler-Free Thread

Now we have to listen to people bragging about how they knew it was there.
there's actually three of them, one is a projector and two are some 3d camera mechanism, glasses free, pretty sweet. Now you don't even have to touch the screen, no smudges or anything, just move your hand over the thing, move your lips (lip comands)
I have gone Spoiler Free countless times, but today I decided to not go spoiler free. So I glanced at Apple.com and saw a few headlines. But outside of seeing a few headlines, I want to drink the Kool-Aid, so I didn't read any specifics, I want to hear it out of Steve's mouth.
So I am monitoring this thread so I can watch the presentation whenever it is posted. I can't wait!

OK, you're officially my hero!! :-D what a great job! now I'm going to stop studying and I will pass the time envying you till the keynote stream is up ;-)Yeah. 8 dollars an hour to digitize medical documents. I've figured out a way to continuously watch video as I work. I think I work more. Between Hulu, ABC.com and instant Netflix I have too many things to watch. I started rewatching Lost like two weeks ago and now I'm half way through season 4. Too bad the job's not permanent. I've almost scanned everything. Only another month of work max. Then sweet unpaid unemployment.

Last time Apple made a slight change to how it posts the video stream, and my script didn't anticipate the change. That's why it didn't work

They really should just have a page at macrumors.com/spoilerfree with a link to the current spoiler free page. Just to avoid spoilers like that. In the past I've googled for the spoiler free page instead of going to macrumors. Although they just threw theirs up today, so it may not show up yet.
Yeah. Spot on. Lucky this is just a minor event. For next gen iPhone I'm gonna be on total lockdown. I personally don't understand spoiler people. I mean, do they not feel the same level of excitement at letting Steve gently lead them down the path of new Apple product enlightenment? Weirdos.
