I'd rather Apple produced great product at a reasonable price than talk about producing great product at Apple's idea of a reasonable price.

So many things I could say, but they've already been said. I wonder if Apple has noticed that the only positive mentions they get anymore in forums is from their cheerleaders. I've owned 7 macs personally since 2000 and another 15 for a business I had in the 2000s..... After my MBP 2018 i9 had a keyboard failure while at a tech conference pretty much blowing the usefulness of a conference that cost 2x the cost of this crap machine, I'm done. My next machine will not be an Apple if they don't get their act together. I honestly don't know why they continue to improve their MacOS platform, they don't take any part of the hardware side seriously

Ive could be worth listening to but if he sounds like he does in those Apple adverts I’d be biting my nails...
Still be interesting to hear his take on design, and utter obsession with thinness.

Two of our finest living countrymen. I'm not convinced Jony has much to do with Apple's consumer line these days; he's more a symbolic head and guru and heavily invested in Apple's commercial portfolio (much to the detriment of us punters).

I would strongly beg to differ on Steven Fry for reasons I’m not allowed to discuss outside the political thread...

Ive as a designer is one of the finest, but the U.K. has produced many of those over the years, so I wouldn’t say he’s one of the finest countrymen.
