I ordered on February 3 and today it's February 10th and still have not received the download link/codes. My order status has been saying "shipped" for the last 7 days. Within the last 3 days, I have called Apple support 2 times and they say they have been swamped with orders for the bundle. A bit frustrating and can't understand why a simple process of sending a link/codes should take almost a week, when I've placed online orders for software and received links/codes instantaneously.

When did you place your order? I placed mine on the 3rd of February and the order status shows shipped but I haven't received a download link/redemption code as of 12 February.
I placed it this Friday - 10th of February.
Funny enough - I just received today an email from Apple requiring feedback on how my order went. This typical survey you usually get.
I haven't received any codes yet though...
Well, I got my reply from Apple yesterday and have been happily using Logic Pro X and Final Cut Pro X all weekend. It's glorious. Pricey, yes. But as I said, Ive been hedging forever and I KNOW I will get value out of these, so in the long run, hopefully worth it.
As for the whole education handle, I stood at the ready with student credentials and everything, but I never once had to prove anything to them. I could have been literally anyone with an Apple ID and gotten this deal. Dunno what that's all about, but happy to have the software.
Well I do want to use it for education purposes anyway.
I am a photographer - hardly doing videos.
I just loved the suite. I hope I will get my codes soon.

I placed the order Friday 10th of February and today I got an email from Apple sending me the invoice confirming the payment and everything else.
I presume the email with codes will follow up soon.

Hmm... that does seem long. I was prepared to wait until today (Monday) before calling to see what's what, but the email with a secured PDF attached showed up Saturday noon, swiftly followed by another email with the code for the PDF.
I think if you haven't heard anything today, they should maybe hear from you.

Don't see why not. From what i can tell, the codes are linked to the Apple ID you use to sign in. That is, you need to prove it's educational to get the codes, but those codes aren't automatically tied to any Apple ID until you actually redeem them.
But like I said, I didn't need to prove anything at all to get the deal, so it probably wouldn't hurt to just give it a try. Never know.
My store is Canada, BTW. I dunno if that makes any kind of difference.
I also get the same error, have you had any joy yet? Clicked on it a number of times with no joy. What gives?
Try clearing history and Empty caches in safari.
For me it worked because I accessed the bundle previously when it was not available.
Can anyone confirm that the bundle uses iTunes gift cards to purchase and not Apple Store gift cards. The purchase page appears to be an Apple Store page, not an iTunes store/Mac App store purchase and last time I tried, those 2 accounts were not linked.
It looks to me to be an Apple Store purchase that you then get codes to enter into the Mac App Store to redeem.
Any insight would be great.

Someone posted on the Thread in this Bundle - when it appeared first in US.

Indeed two days. Sorry about that, should have included both languages. I ordered on Thursday of last week when I learned the deal was available in Canada, and I got the emails with the codes on Saturday about noon.
