So do I. My sons and I stood in that very long line. Glad they are getting a bigger space. I go to the Woodbridge store now rather than Tysons, given the traffic. It was funny going there at times, when the Apple store was packed, and the nearby M$ store was quite empty except for their staff.
That Microsoft Store nearby was such a joke.

I remember the first time I saw it, they had an Xbox on display with a huge TV out in the hall area to grab people's attention. And all it accomplished was attracting a few pre-teens who wanted to play a video game on it for a while but had no money to spend, and didn't care a bit about the computer products the store was selling. Meanwhile, the Apple store was super crowded/busy.

The one time i really *did* try to get help from the Microsoft store, it was for a Surface Pro that one of my co-workers had issues with. (I believe the battery in it started swelling up and broke the touchpad on it.) They were totally unable to help, saying they couldn't even process an RMA from the retail store. I was told just to call Microsoft and get permission to mail it in for service.
