The O2 sim-only £15 a month is that tariff.

My point is that you can have a better iPod, better camera and better phone for less money. And yes, the phone will be better because you get more minutes/texts for your money. You go on about how good a phone the iPhone is, but with the paltry amount of texts/mins you get you really aren't going to be able to use this "amazing" phone very much so it's kinda a moot point.

If you want to throw your money away I can't stop you. If having one device rather than three is really THAT important to you then fine.

Where is the link that has that deal with unlimited data with peak minutes? Show me that and I will concede right away.

How is it a better iPod? The screen quality is worse. I cant change tracks without looking at the Touch. I cant pause tracks without looking at the touch. It beats it on storage but thats about it, and I would say that an 8GB Touch is far better than a 10GB iPod from yesteryear.

I'll repost what I did earlier... My current O2 price plan is £25 per month, which gets me 200/200 to any network, any time. I get no data allowance (as far as I'm aware) and no wifi. Add in the £10 per month that The Cloud charges for unlimited wifi access and currently I would be paying £35 for slightly less than the iPhone £35 deal. That's not to say the iPhone deal is a good one, just that O2 have cr*p deals ;)

And I have to say I'm with Project- if the saving over 18 months is £10 in buying separates vs buying an all-in-one then the all-in-one wins any day of the week. I'd pay a £150 premium over that period to not have to lug 3 devices around... The real question for me is whether I can make do with only an 8Gig device rather than a 16Gig device for music, not the price. If the iPhone was 16Gigs I'd be in like a shot, even if it cost £100 more...
