None of those products are worthy of an event. If Apple releases those products it would be a huge letdown. Hopefully there’s something of significance introduced at this event.

I really hope for these damn mac mini pros, but the colours of the logo make me think of the colourful macbook airs/new mac minis, therefore the M2 chip...
I really need the M1 Max chip.

When AR glasses reaches this level it might be interesting.

Well, it does seem like all possible. and.... OMG.... I cannot wait to take OFF the glasses then....
That would be a fun thing, eh...? your AR / VR glasses running malicious software or your account is compromised.

I highly doubt Apple's AR Glasses will be marketed with an emphasis on the CPU. The same goes, obviously, for a new monitor. It would also be very unlike Apple to do a completely new product so far from WWDC since Apple AR would require devs to get new software and gear from Apple. Very unlikely.

I also don't see Apple launching iPads Air with new better displays since iPads Air are not supposed to compete with iPads Pro.

Combining the "peek performance" with the "Macintosh rainbow" colored Apple logo, my last and final guess is that the focus of this even is new, non-Pro iMacs with 27" displays and many performance upgrades over the 24" M1 iMac(hopefully many more ports on the back, Apple, please!!).

If an iMac Pro ever happens then that would get a 32" display with specs on par with the Pro XDR display.

If this is about new MacBooks Air in new colors then I don't see how it pairs with "peek" -MBA have historically been mostly about portability and slimless while sacrificing "performance" and the fidelity of the display("peek").

Then as secondary announcements, there's the new SE 2022 with 5G and A15 chip, and also new, spec-bumped iPads Air that come in the same colors and are identical to the 2020 iPads Air in most ways except for 5G and A15, better cameras(Center Stage), and a few other upgrades. Mucho boringo, as the Spanish would say.

At best, this iteration of Apple (the one we've had since 2013) has had about ½ of what the prior iteration demonstrated. It demonstrates 1/16th the effort in refining, optimizing, and testing product before pushing the next buggy revision onto the market.

That this is still quite a bit better than the competition is a depressing fact about the computer industry.

Yeah because making glitzy computers is only what apple should concentrate on.

Apple had an extremely limited product range
Will Apple brand the M1 Pro/Max powered Mac mini & 27" iMac as "Pro"...?

Will there be a larger iMac Pro, a 32" model with dual M1 Max SoCs...?

Will the ASi Mac Pro be a 2019 Mac Pro, just one fan shorter; or will we see the rebirth of the Cube...?

Tune in next Tuesday to find out...!?! ;^p

1. I’m guessing neither will be labeled as such

2. There could be a larger screen for the iMac Pro and it should get at least the Max Duo, if not also the Max Quad

3. Short ASi Mac Pro, updated tall Intel Mac Pro

Are you expecting Apple Car or something?
No, but minor speed bumps and a redesigned Mac mini don’t require an “event”. A press release would suffice. If Apple released a redesigned MacBook with a new chip, I’d call that event-worthy.

A redesigned Mac mini isn’t enough for an event? That’s what the events are about. It’s not like Apple releases brand new products every year. They’ve been having events for redesigned iPhones, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro etc. If they only had events for new products then we wouldn’t of had an Apple event in over a decade.

If you’re waiting for that it’s going to be Apple car or perhaps the AR headset but who knows. There is a lot of speculation that Peek Performance means AR but who knows

Redesigned MacBook with a new chip? It’s likely to be the M2 for the redesigned MacBook Air. I think they should come out at this event but I could be wrong. MacRumors is only speculating just like I am. They ran an article I think maybe a day ago saying that the event wasn’t going to happen. If you were hoping Apple was going to bring back the old 12” MacBook that’s unlikely.
