Yes. It is all in store since you need to fill out a credit application. I guess they didn't want to add it to the website.The app has no way to pre-order using the annual upgrade option. But it can make a reservation in the store for you. Maybe that's how they handle the annual upgrades.
Haven't logged into this forum in months.... umm FYI, what my experienced was:
1. Safari went through flawlessly at 3:07AM
2. Chrome doesn't play well with the Apple store. I'm still refreshing now & I get the the "Will Be Back Soon" page. (Windows & Mac PC's) 3:42AM EST (various url's)
3. Apple's iOS app .. seemed to work fine but I just stuck to Safari.
4. AT&T Website is redirecting enigma of a website that ends in "technical difficulties call during normal business hours"
nothing surprising ... order placed... new iPhone every year since 2007... PS...AT&T Next is a good Leasing option IMO.
EDIT: just noticed my profile pic was a walking WoW undead Rogue with an iPhone GIF & now it's a static image. No more animated Gifs? /sadness

Made an appointment on Sep 25th at my local Apple Store to get a phone via the Upgrade Program.
