It works! And despite the outrage and jokes from some here, it does feel different than the 10 pack of microfiber cloths I got at amazon for 10 bucks. It cleaned my screens in one nice pass over and they look like new again. With the cheap ones, I have to use water and go over the same area 5 times sometimes. No water or anything used with the polishing cloth and excellent results.
Sure it’s expensive, but think of the money you’ll save in water!

Waiting for iJustine’s level 10 of happiness and excitement review of the cloth before I pick it up. Also curious when ifixit will give us a repair score for it.
Ah man, against my better judgement I went to watch her 14 / 16 MBP clip yesterday, I lasted about 30 seconds.

never owned a cloth Before This is nice,it works lol. weird how you can’t pick up in store anymore.

Easier and cheaper to go to places such as BestBuy, Staples and get a cleaning cloth. Available now!

People will buy anything with an Apple Logo and jacked up price!

I hope you aren't one of those people that uses windex on your tv's and screens
Nope. like I said, damp corner of a cloth to wipe away dust and smudges, rest of the cloth to dry and remove streaks. Unless you’re wiping chicken wings across your displays, water will do the job just fine.

Yup. I got a 40 pack for like 10 bucks And I’d be shocked if anyone could look at something cleaned with those vs something cleaned with Apple’s cloth and tell the difference.

You just have to laugh at this. Customers are not able to get their hands on the new macbooks due to delivery issues or delays but yet no such problems exist with the latest and greatest Apple branded polishing cloth. Just goes to show what is more important :)

But be careful. I bought some 'lint free micro fiber towels' from Home Depot, and they were everything but lint free. My glasses looked like a chinchilla was mating on the things, and those little fibers were hard to get off. They had a static charge like you wouldn't believe. They were 'clean', but having to remove the fibers was a pain. And they were 'lint free'? Nope, not even close. They were pretty cheap, and in multiple colors in the pack, but...

Mine was the cheapest pack I could find at Walmart. I haven’t noticed any lint issues. I use them for my electronics, I use some to clean and polish my car, I even have one in the kitchen for cleaning some of my nicer whiskey glasses. Although, maybe I just got lucky or something.

Well, good for Walmart. I'd rather crawl through broken glass than go to Walmart. The lint from the towels I bought was disappointing. I was, silly me I know, not expecting those myriad fibers. They were really surprisingly dense, and resistant to me trying to blow them off. The idea that one could 'miss' those is small, unless they never looked at the residue.

Yep, iJustine has given it a thorough review all right. With 146K + views so far . . .

And ifixit has given the polishing cloth a full teardown. Unfortunately it received a 0 out of 10 on their repairability scale (after they cut it into pieces with scissors). See link below:
