You sound a lot like me. I get so easily sick on VR - whether it’s a huge theatre or on the PS4 VR goggles. Hadn’t heard about Quest 2 being better for people like us. Will you be getting the Apple VR? I’m kind of thinking of waiting to see what others’ experiences are with it. If they design it so you don’t get motion sickness, I’m in.
Not sure but I think the response time is quicker, hence, better for motion sickness.

About the Apple vr, to soon to see if I’ll buy it, I’ll the see the thing in person!! But im scare to see the price of it. ~300$ for a quest, that’s fine for me, but I don’t have a use case (for now) for a 1000$ device.

But 15 years ago there was not many people who would have paid 1000$ for a phone, and now it’s almost the norm because it’s the device people use the most, by far, so I think the logic is that’s okay to pay that kind of money on our most used device. So
Maybe the vr will be similar in that regard because I expect its usage to change a lot.

Innovation is great, but I’ve never found VR gaming interesting or good at all. AR? That concept seems better, but again, for gaming they’ll be a lack of content. AR/VR for business purposes, now that sounds a much better idea.
Tell me you’ve never watched 8K VR porn without telling me you’ve never watched 8k VR porn

Why not? If you look at his/her posting history you’ll see why not :)
Apple's history of over pricing and gouging is quite evident given its long history. Lets not forget - a lightning charger, 30 dollars when i can get the same thing for 1/2 that ? external devices memory, etc through Apple is over priced. Never underestimate what I know.

History about Apple's pricing.. what makes you think these will be 29.99 ? They maybe over 200 which is gouging. Apple is good for this.

We don’t know specifics, features, design, components nor price so maybe let’s wait until we can hold a product in our hands before wasting time inventing negativity for no reason.

Anyone who has tried to play games or watch movies 'wirelessly' because their computer is not able to be tethered to a lan cable (too much cable and computer/router location making it impractical) knows that it does not work because the game/movie suffers from 'glitches' meaning the router is not able to process the large amounts of game/movie data being transmitted wireless to the router. I've had this happen to me on many occasions, i'll be playing call of duty or Division 2 or Ghost Recon and every so often the game would freeze for a second, same with a movie. I searched on the internet for solutions and found many people having the same problem. The solution was to use a wired cable to the router. I did even though it was not practical and have suffered no problems since.

If Apples VR headset is to connect wirelessly to an Apple device then in my opinion it will suffer the same problems.

That's the Facebook version.

Apple's will be tasteful, useful, and respectful of the user.
I know dude, I was just expressing my concerns in case someone found that concept appealing.
I truly hope Apple will release something extremely simple and non invasive.

So Porsche is crap because they charge $150 for colored tire valve stem caps? (I bought 4).

Maybe let capitalism do its thing and stop being sad when things are unaffordable.

What’s a lightning charger? What products “external devices memory” ?

The charger that works with all modern iPhones - lightning charger which Apple sells that for 30 dollars ! External devices ? Usb-c/3.0 drives by LaCie, their memory. I can go on.. look on Apple store - oh let’s not forget their XDR DISPLAY for 4999.99 maybe a little less now and then 1000 for a stand.. I digress.

An example - XDR display 4999.99 really ??? Then 1000 for the stand ?? I can get similar for 500😁😁

Oh you mean a standard USB-C charger with the good old lightning CABLE. Now I see. And then complain about the price of external hard drives. Sure. And then the optional stand for that display that hardly anyone needs. Halo product.

And that’s your serious take on why this unannounced unreleased potential product that you never saw or used is overpriced as garbage???

Guess that’s all we needed to know. Thanks for playing.

Just like you can get a car similar to a Porsche that’s also made in Germany to the same standards with matching build quality for a fraction of the price, right?
