Let's compile a list here of any apps updated for watchOS 2. This is a wiki so add any updated apps you find!

For some reason, I can't see how to edit the Wiki. But anyway: PCalc Lite was updated for WatchOS 2 today.

I have been communicating with Ivan from Parcel App, also updated to WatchOS2, and he said the updated apps crashing are a widespread issue and the developers are waiting for a response from Apple.

So you might want to hold of

Star Walk 2 is constantly crashing as well. Haven't been able to get it to load once. Restarted device. Reinstalled the app. Nada.

Ya. Even after latest outlook update it won't launch now on my watch. Hoe they fix soon.
I still receive notifications and can delete, mark emails etc so not major deal for me right now. But so far it's two for two apps crashing refusing to launch for me.

Wow, hopefully Apple responds to this ASAP. Not good for the first major OS release for Apple watch

Works fine for me. Complicate is a bit of a let down. All it indicates is visibility condition.

The weather channel is good. Loads so quickly now. One problem I am having. It keeps changing from telling me the weather in degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit which is annoying

Is the complication for this app working for you? It's not showing up for me.

Edit: I just checked for updates and an update showed up for this app.. Fixed my complication issue. The weird thing is the date of the update

No other update is showing for me. It's really annoying me though as I don't want the weather in Fahrenheit lol

Weather Channel is a fail. Constant crashing.

EDIT: Just adding a note to this for posterity, now that we all know it's a WatchOS 2 problem, not a Weather Channel problem. Once I re-paired my watch with my phone, Weather Channel is working just fine.

Now no native app will open on my watch, including PCalc Lite, which opened fine yesterday. Everything just spins. I deleted from watch and reinstalled. No difference.

EDIT: Unpaired and repaired my Watch with my iPhone. At least for the moment, all the new native apps seem to be opening correctly.

Is there a way to tell if an App is Native or Remote on the iphone or Watch?

When I downloaded native apps, I subsequently put my iPhone into airplane mode and then tried to open the app on my watch. If it opened, I took that to mean that it was truly native. Since non-native apps rely on the phone to do all of their processing, they shouldn't open at all while the connection to the phone is broken. At least, that's how I understand it.

Seems the bug for me is the third party compilations don't show up on the watch face, even thou I added it to the watch face.

At least the weather network doesn't.

Further to this my watch rebooted on its own and the compilations work!

Great question!
walk away from bluetooth range and make sure the cloud is present on the Settings glance. open the watch app from the app screen and if it works then it's native. i've done this w/ both the weather channel app and the pcalc lite app and it worked like a charm. if you try non native apps they'll just spin forever.

I read that the developer of PCalc identified a problem with watchOS 2 GM and is the reason it isn't being released today.
