New month. New challenge. Come on guys, keep it going!

This one will push me. The first notification I received calculated this for me at about 74 minutes per day. Since Sundays are always rest days for me, that cranks it up to 85 per day now. I’m good for a solid 60 per night, usually 4-5 nights per week at the gym on the elliptical and/or bike. I may need to expand that to 6 nights per week this month to make sure I hit this.

I also have 180 minutes per week available to me at work(yes, I can get paid to exercise for up to 3 hours per week during the workday), which I often only use about half of. May just have to crank it up to the max!!

I’ve had a pretty good streak of completing these challenges each month. Some have been easier than others. I have to admit I like to be pushed. I’m gonna give it my all!!
